Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Playa Guiones

Coconut life cabanas was gorgeous! A private garden, beautiful and relaxing pool, super clean living space and surrounding area. Justin and Nicole were helpful and fun. Beautiful beaches, bars, restaurants and supplies within walking distance. We would love to return sometime!

Such a lovely welcoming place. Private oasis with a tucked in pool and small workout/yoga area in the jungle. Very close walk to the beaches and restaurants. As you are leaving down towards the beach, there’s a small path on the right, it saves some time and was a fun little secret journey through the jungle for our little one! Mari could not have been nicer and was very helpful and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!

I love Coco and her Home. I consider the location one of the best I’ve ever been to, an easy walk to a surprisingly unpopulated beach, Playa Pelada, and an easy walk over to the more famous Playa Guiones.

We had a great time is Bryan's home. Comfortable room, with air conditioning, and fully equipped kitchen.

We had such a relaxing time at Nicole and Justin’s place. They were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Pool area was so serene with all the beautiful plants. Hardly noticed the other guests as we all had our own cozy little outdoor space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Felt very safe. Highly recommend staying here!

Teako House was a really great stay, incredible value for the money, and a truly local experience in a real tico neighborhood that is located in a lush peaceful valley. The apartment was simple but surprisingly spacious and upgrades have been made since these pictures so I found things a bit more spruced up than I expected! From the little terrace you can see the surrounding teak farm and watch the clouds roll by (literally, you're in a cloud forest sometimes!). And the host Juan Carlos is a super nice local surfer and business owner who is stoked to offer up recommendations, etc. if you want them. I had to get some work done during my stay so I particularly appreciated the fast wifi and gorgeous relaxing nature view from the dining table that I used as my desk.

This place is perfect for staying in Nosara. It has everything you need, is a few min walk to some of the best sunsets we’ve seen in Playa Pelada, and a short walk through nature to get to Playa Guiones. Yummy restaurants right down the street too. Morley was a great host, super helpful and responsive. Complimentary breathwork and yoga classes. The infinity pool was lovely and he also provides beach blankets etc. for the beach if needed. There’s everything you need here and we’d definitely stay here again.

Awesome private little spot up about 5 min walk from the beach, beautiful roof top patio and clean pool, very nice, highly recommend this spot. host greeted us on arrival and was happy to show us around, also very flexible with our check out, overall amazing experience. Thank you Mike!!

The best recommendation one can give is a repeat reservation. This was our second visit to Villa Majagua and we will definitely reserve it again when we return. The property itself is located on Playa Garza and the one minute walk to the beach is through a beautiful garden awash with birds and butterflies. The property is but a five minute walk to a cafe, restaurant, and grocery store. The apartments are all clean with well equipped kitchens. The showers have great pressure and abundant hot water. The beds are comfortable and each unit has a small porch and laundry facilities. There is parking for cars. The hosts are readily available and responsive as they live on the property. We thoroughly enjoy Playa Garza.

Wonderful Condo. Hosts are very kind and understanding and the location is perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway. being able to walk to the beach very quickly is a huge plus.

Lovely spot with a great price. We had a really fun two weeks here. It's a beautiful property with a private path to the beach. The yoga platform and pool were both so nice. The kitchen was basic but had everything we needed. We slept really well with a comfortable king bed, blackout curtains, and AC in the bedroom. We loved the neighborhood, in particular being able to walk to Perozah, Estrellitas, and Malacrianza for vegan food, Blue Garza for supplies, and South Guiones for sunset. Claudia was very easy to coordinate with. Would definitely stay here again!

House big enough for a group. Well equipped kitchen so cooking in is a good option. Nice restaurants and coffee shops very near by (some walkable) and many others a short drive away. Frank is a responsive and caring host. He let us know in advance where to get groceries, gas situation, etc. When we needed help, he was there quickly to offer support. Very kind and good humored. Easy to see why he gets such high ratings. If you are a surfer - you want to be here!

Pura vida at its max. Pure relaxation, comfort, safety. Zeidy’s food absolute perfection, the kids kept saying it wasn’t even real, calling it dream food. Pool is bigger than what the pictures show, beach wonderful, restaurant down the road a neat little touch for a dinner. We got horses and massages right at the house. The team is fantastic and Jose was wonderful to line it all up. Our private driver that Jose arranged was just wonderful and accommodating to any needs. We would give 10 stars if we could, just like other reviews. Stay here. Or don’t, which will clear up more space in the calendar for us to come back :) :)

This property exceeds expectations!!! It’s spotless, beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, and it’s equipped with everything you could need! The grounds are impeccable and the VIEWS are breathtaking …. from every window!!!! The property hosts are so friendly and accommodating!!! We can’t wait to come back!

It is a beautiful place. The house is very spacious, well equipped with everything you need and more, plus the pool is always clean. There is a lot of tranquility and zero noise from the third floor you have an incredible view, you should consider that the beaches if they are a little far away and the paths are not in very good condition. Gerardo, his Administrator is very friendly and is always attentive to what you need. In the end, my whole family really enjoyed, and we hope to return.

Great place to stay. The house was clean and it was just like the photos. Rocio was very attentive during our stay. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a tranquil, beautiful place to stay in Costa Rica.

The view, the beach, and the pool make this place worth it. Beautiful property and lovely home. Douglas was a great host. The road into the place was fine with our Rav4. This place was our favorite Airbnb in Costa Rica that we stayed at! Well worth the drive to this place. There are a few restaurants not too far. I recommend doing a grocery run before heading to the Airbnb, only small grocery stores close by.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Koru for our first time visiting Costa Rica! Koru was always very responsive, attentive and thoughtful. The house was easy to find and check in. Close enough to walk but close enough to a rental spot for an ATV. Everything was just as described, comfy and clean beds. Clean bathroom and plenty of kitchen necessities. We enjoyed a homemade dinner on our last night and loved the private pool. The gym was an added plus, we got to get in some good pumps before the beach. I definitely recommend Casa Koru, we will definitely look to book again!!

As someone said in another comment, do yourself a favour and rent this place. The view is to die for (or kill for, if you were so inclined ;), the surrounding nature is breathtaking, and the structure and construction of the house itself are simply mind-boggling. If you don’t mind the occasional bug and being partly open to the elements (I found it exhilarating), you will be living in the best of both worlds: with all the comfort and shelter you might need, but with a wild edge to it. We had not only a wonderful but a very memorable time here. Special thanks to Fabián for being so attentive and helpful.
