This is a great place to stay, we were there together, very romantic! Lovely sunsets, great location! The beach is in front of your eyes! Very cozy! You can also with company, there is enough space for everyone! I recommend

We were able to spend 4 wonderful nights at this place! You'll be in paradise! Communication went very well, Beatrice and her husband were able to help us find a good taxi and notify us for turtle watching! I highly recommend it and would not hesitate to come back!

Perfect getaway spot! My husband and I stayed here for a few days and did not want to leave. Nice secluded beaches and wonderful local restaurants to grab tacos and pizza! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Such a beautiful oasis steps from the beach!If you are lucky, you can hear and see howler monkeys in the trees!!! It was the perfect blend of comfort and rugged while giving the jungle vibe we were looking for!

The hosts live within the same compound (different home), but were extremely friendly and helpful. Truly enjoyed meeting them, along with a great stay.

This place was so lovely! Surrounded by greenery and very private. Howler monkeys could be seen and heard each day. The pool was amazing and so refreshing on the super hot days. Comfortable beds and any amenities you need for your stay were provided. We will cherish our memories here!

The Quin Surf Residence properties are an absolute gem. I highly recommend them if you're in the Nosara area. There are at least a dozen good restaurants in walking distance. The walk to the beach is very short. The staff is lovely and made us feel welcome the entire time. The gardens on the property are beautiful. The local Organic Market is within walking distance. The units are beautiful, clean, and modern. We enjoyed our visit to Nosara and our stay in Quin Surf Residence so much that we will make a return visit in the near future. We have stayed in many Airbnb properties, and Quin Surf Residence is hands down the finest property we have rented. Special thanks to Paolo and his staff for making our visit memorable.

Our stay was great! Edwin and Kris were very communicative. We had a small issue and they were able to fix it right away. They gave fantastic local recommendations, and the location was ideal. Off the beaten path, but still close to many great spots. We very much enjoyed our time there!

Where to begin with my applause for this place! Lovely abode, tucked away in a little jungle oasis but a mere 10 minute walk to the beach & bars etc. Bikes on site which is a fun plus, beach chairs, cooler, scuba gear and more fun toys to enjoy at beach or in the great pool that was so refreshing to jump in after a salty beach day. There is also a washer and dryer that works great, countless different towels to use for pool, beach and showers. The bed was extremely comfy, the bedroom stays nice and cool, the shower has hot water and the porch is a beautiful way to spend an afternoon or evening. Communication is super quick and helpful. We will most definitely return, and bring friends and family to enjoy this wonderful spot. We love Villa Espeval!

I really enjoyed the condo, which is situated just a minute from the beach. The check in process with Hilda was easy. The condo is well equipped with all the necessities and has a great view of the ocean. The location is secure and there are monkeys living in the trees behind the condo. I would certainly stay here again!

Our stay at Casa Mareva was top notch. Our family of 7 stayed for a week and we had the best time. The home is beautiful, private, comfortable and secure. The wildlife around the house was so fun to see. The monkeys came by nearly everyday in the nearby treetops and waking up in the morning to all the birds and jungle sounds was so peaceful. The pool was clean and an absolute dream with the warm weather, we swam several times a day and was definitely the focal point for us. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to make food from home after we stocked up at the grocery store a few minutes away. I would definitely recommend having a car to get around. Even though the beach and a few restaurants are walkable, we were able to explore the amazing locations further out without hiring shuttles or taxis. Jonathan and Elodie were great hosts and always responded quickly when messaged. I would love to come back here someday. Thanks for helping us have a great trip!

We had a great time in Samara in this house. The location is perfectly remote but still walking distance to restaurant and city center. The kids loved the pool and the view of the ocean was amazing! We could have stayed much longer, and regretted not having booked a week or two more in this great place

The view, the beach, and the pool make this place worth it. Beautiful property and lovely home. Douglas was a great host. The road into the place was fine with our Rav4. This place was our favorite Airbnb in Costa Rica that we stayed at! Well worth the drive to this place. There are a few restaurants not too far. I recommend doing a grocery run before heading to the Airbnb, only small grocery stores close by.

This has to be one of my favorite stays. I really enjoyed coffee with the birds every morning. The pool was great the house had everything you need and more. I absolutely loved the location and how easy it was to walk to the beach. It’s a great place to relax unwind and catch a beautiful sunset. I would recommend 10/10.

Great stay! Easy walk to the beach and to town. Great shared pool area with very friendly residents within the condo complex. Definitely recommend staying here for a quiet and relaxing Costa Rica vacation.

We really enjoyed this wonderful home. We stayed for two weeks and the longer we were there, the more we appreciated it. The hosts are friendly, thoughtful and responsive, but not intrusive or demanding; really, Ricky and Tabata are the best hosts I can remember having at an AirBnB. The house is roomy, breezy and great to relax in, with a sweet outdoor bed. It has a wonderful view and a nice little pool to hop in when you return from an excursion. There's also access to a larger pool and exercise room, both of which we used regularly. Another great thing about the house is the location. You can walk 10 minutes through the jungle to the beach, or to Playa Pelada if you want to go out. Playa Guiones and Nosara are both just five-minute quad rides away, so it was never a hassle to go out for stuff. Traveling just a little farther gets you to some other amazing beaches, like Barco Quebrado and San Juanillo, as well as to some really cool mountain top vistas. Definitely coming back!

Awesome location with no people. Very isolated which was awesome. You can hear the ocean from the bedroom and living area. We have already booked our return trip. It is an Eden experience. Love the place and will be back soon.

This was such a great place to stay! We can’t even begin to describe how beautiful the location was and how wonderful the people were. Everything about our visit went smoothly. Kim and Chris were a delight and took incredibly good care of us. There were so many fun things to do in the area but sometimes it was hard to make ourselves leave the property. We highly recommend a visit.

My stay at Georgina's Airbnb was an absolute delight! If you're looking for a place to experience the beach while enjoying breathtaking views and unique local attractions, this is the perfect spot. The location is ideal – away from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas, yet close enough to experience the charm of Tamarindo. The beach is just a stone's throw away, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation. What I loved most was the abundance of small corner stores and sodas within a 15-minute drive. It made exploring the local flavors and grabbing essentials a breeze. Georgina's recommendations were spot-on, and the convenience added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The Airbnb itself is a gem, offering a comfortable retreat with all the necessary amenities. Clean, well-maintained, and with a touch of local charm, it truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail in the decor and the thoughtful touches by Georgina added a personalized touch to the experience.

The location is excellent, it’s right in Samara Center. You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes. Only thing to note is it’s not exactly a house, it’s a hotel. It’s three separate rooms, the one in the center has the kitchen and living room. If your a big group with couples, it’s great. All in all the place is clean, in a great location, and very friendly staff.

The pictures give a true glimpse of this beautiful house and location. As 3 couples we were very comfortable and enjoyed spending the mornings under the cabana drinking coffee and enjoying the view, while early evenings were for sipping cocktails and watching the beautiful sunsets from the pool. The on-sight caretaker, Gama, is very accessible and helpful, although you hardly know he's around. Our daily greeting by the house dog was a highlight and we were all sad to say goodbye to her! Georgina was very responsive to questions and helped us reserve a private chef for daily breakfasts (PasCam- highly recommend!) and TPV for our day long tour to the Rincon de la Vieja (also highly recommend!). There were several local restaurants that we truly enjoyed (Lochitos and Amigos), and a Super Mercado (like a 7-11) for filling up on the few groceries you might need. Playa Avellanas is about 15 minutes away and worth the drive down the unpaved roads for great body surfing. Plus you can relax at one of Lola's beach tables for awesome drinks and food. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone not wanting to be in the thick of Tamarindo, but still close enough to get there and other places easily. Plus you just can't beat the view from Coco Flotante!

Wonderful Condo. Hosts are very kind and understanding and the location is perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway. being able to walk to the beach very quickly is a huge plus.

Sofia's place is a GEM! Our third time visiting Samara and this was our favorite. We woke up every morning with the sunrise and stepped out right on to the beach. The place is simple, but has everything you need. Super walkable to anywhere in town, but the proximity to the beach is the main appeal. The caretaker's pup Luna is a friendly companion who loves to pop by and say hello. We also saw monkeys right behind the house. TBH, I'd say it was nicer than the pictures that are currently up suggest. This was a STELLAR experience—We LOVED our time here! Thanks Mike! Thanks Sofia!
