Vacation rentals in Playa Cocal

Great, remote place on a quiet beach. Long, curvy drive from Liberian airport, but worth it! Neisy, our host, was so kind and responded quickly. Cool to hear and see beautiful macaws everyday! Also heard and saw howler monkeys, many other birds, and butterflies. We highly recommend going to Tortuga Island, Curu Wildlife Refuge, waterfalls and ziplining in Montezuma, and on the bioluminescence tour if you are interested and able. The road traffic was pretty loud early in the morning since the house is close to a speed bump. You can easily walk to a nice little grocery store and several good restaurants. Great to have an outdoor shower, hammocks, washer and dryer, and big outdoor seating area.

WOW! This place is the best air b and b we have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect. Literally everything. The view is breathtakingly gorgeous. We had our morning coffee in the deck every morning listening to birds and howler monkeys. The pool is divine, and the bed is so comfy. The care takers live on site and are so responsive to every need you may have, and they are wonderful people. We had fun practicing our Spanish with Giselle. Some tips: make sure you rent an ATV or 4 wheel drive to get up the hill. It’s not bad at all, but I am super glad we had 4 wheel drive. At least a vehicle with good clearance is all that’s needed. It was so peaceful and perfect! Thank you for a wonderful stay! If we could give it 100 stars we would. ✨ ⭐️

We really enjoyed our stay at Los Delfines! The villa was beautiful, well-equipped, and extremely clean. Both the beach and the golf course in the community were beautiful. The beach was very peaceful and perfect for swimming. El Rancho also had great food and cocktails. Christy was a very helpful and attentive host and provided wonderful restaurant and activity recommendations. We highly recommend renting a golf cart for travel around the community and El Tambor Tropical has amazing breakfasts. Our thanks to Christy for being a wonderful host!

great space, looks like on photos, very spacious and clean and has everything needed. enjoyed the location - surrounded by nature but felt safe and very close to the beach and restaurants and supermarkets.
