Had an amazing time staying here! Was a safe neighbourhood that was near all the nice cafes & beaches!

Good location. Kamala beach is about 15 minutes by walking, 3 min by motorbike. Bangtao and Patong about 15 min by motorbike. The house was nice but from toilets were stinking probably from pipes. Communication with host was good, but could be better. In our generally opinion we do recommend

everything was perfect, the place and the garden is beautiful as well as the surroundings

It is a good villa with a nice swimming pool that we almost stayed to swim all the time. We always get quick responses whenever we need help.

Great Location, easy to find and easy check in and check out loved it there, loads of local thai restraints to choose from, only 10 min drive to phuket town or 20 mins to rawai beach, place very clean plently of space highly recommended, host is amazing and help with all of our needs. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Beautiful home with parking, gated private entrance and pool. Walking distance to pharmacy, 7/11(with ATM) food venders (which were amazing). Short drive to grocery, malls, markets, and many attractions. House is very spacious, 3 bedrooms 2 bath and a large kitchen. There were 5 of us 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the space was perfect. There was plenty of towels and sheets etc. We stayed a month and did our own cleaning and laundry (plenty of space outside to hang clothes, and if needed a laundrymatt was just around the corner) There is a cleaning service if you like. Neighbors were very nice and helpful. Two sliding glass doors, one off kitchen and one off living room , both lead to backyard/pool (pool was very clean )The owner was always a phone call away if we needed anything and responded quickly. The neighborhood was very safe and we felt very comfortable.

We had a perfect vacation! Robert is great person and host! He gave us a lot of good tips, was always available for any questions. Really pleasure to spend time in his apartment. If you want to spend time on nice, quite place with perfect Ao Yon beach, good restaurants, masage centers and perfect host you are on The right place. We will be back next year! Brilliant apartment, very clean and only a very sort taxi ride to Patong beach. On site security was really good to see and Toy is an asset to the complex

We stayed at Julia's place in Kamala for a month, and it was an good experience! The area is great, with plenty of cafes offering a variety of cuisines, lots of massage salons, and both 7/11 and Big C within walking distance. There’s also a street night market nearby with fresh fruits and street food. The beach is very close, and there’s a great gym nearby as well. The property is in a gated, secure community. It has an excellent deep pool with plenty of sun loungers. The house itself is huge, featuring a very comfortable large sofa and a big TV. There’s also a dedicated workspace and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cookware. Overall, I highly recommend this place! It’s perfect for two families to stay together.

Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness ans service were there as expected. Affordable price for such a penthouse as well as excellent location! Quite smooth reservation process, big, sunny rooms and house facilities - a very pleasant stay at the heart of Kata, in the middle of practically everything and amazing access right to the beach.

This is a wonderfully private villa in a very nice group of modern villas. It is very very safe. The house is very large and the hosts are responsive.

Was a good place to stay, it is super central location to all of Patong beach and Bangala road. The restaurants nearby were super good and everything you need is around. You do have to go in and out of the massage salon it is overtop of to get into your house, the ladies at the salon were super kind and helpful!

A great big house with 3 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. A spacious living room and enough space in the kitchen. The interior is renovated and in good condition. We explored Phuket for 14 days by car from here and really liked the location between Bang Tao and Surin Beach and Kamala Beach! The bedrooms are all air conditioned.

This place is worth every baht. Can’t find a better view from your bed, especially for that price. Thanks again.

I highly recommend Feng’s place for anyone visiting Phuket! My stay here was delightful, thanks to the incredibly helpful and polite staff. The location is ideal—situated just outside the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach. It offers easy access to all the excitement of Patong while providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere with stunning hill and beach views. A perfect balance for relaxation and exploration!

The place was near everything, it was quiet before 10pm which was nice if we wanted to go to bed early. Two thing was little bit less good, the place had a weird smell which you could definitivly live with but a bit irritating. There was a lot of families with smaller children which made noise early in the morning so I recommend earplugs. Overall the experience was great and it shown as in the picture, the host is easily communicatable and I would recommed this place for a few days.
