Our stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn’t be better – just a 1-minute walk to the bustling Central Phuket, with plenty of street food options nearby for breakfast and late-night snacks. There are also many convenience stores and a large supermarket close by, making everything so convenient. The apartment itself is brand new, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The fridge even has an ice-making function, which was a nice touch! The washer and dryer were incredibly convenient, and the pool was so relaxing – we spent hours there. Parking was never an issue, as there’s plenty of space available. The host has thought of every detail, and we felt right at home. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Phuket. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed at this Airbnb with our friends, the place was lovely, very comfortable and clean! We had some difficulties with finding it, but the host was very helpful and assisted us. All furniture looked new and in good condition. The apartment is 7 minutes away from Central Phuket Mall, it was very convenient to walk there for groceries or dinners. They also have all luxury brands like Dior/LV there, in case you need it) We were very happy that we chose this place, really recommend it

An amazing stay. The condo is very new and well-maintained, with a balcony that offers a stunning view of the swimming pool. Watching the sunrise in the morning was truly breathtaking. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area

Had an amazing stay at the villa. The rooms are super clean, luxurious, and well-maintained. The villa looks exactly like in the photos. Cypeħ, the host, was incredibly helpful in every way. Highly recommend this place!

Stayed for 10 days. The house is nice, liked the bed and the kitchen. Lapassarin is very friendly and caring, speaks English well and helps with any questions.

Amazing property, amazing hosts! Perfect for a getaway

We stayed just 2 days in phuket, alot of people on the island, but We Had a good retreat with the House. Very central, and good sleep. 100% worth a stay. 5/5

Staff met us to welcome us to the Airbnb. The girls were very friendly and accommodating. They gave us great recommendations for a night market and restaurant. The showers were a bit tricky to make hot water work, (sometimes inside and other times it didn’t). Great pool and view of the ocean.

Very much enjoyed my time at Urarat’s. The room was clean and well appointed. The resort had a pool and exercise room, beach close by. Liked strolling and sampling from the food carts every evening. It is quite a ways from Old Town Phuket, so taxi fares would add up if you were traveling there often. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

At first I waas doubtful about booking after reading other reviews but it turned out to be pretty good . Host was amazing he even replied to me late night . Property is great . Location is amazing its next to a mall . Overall experience was good will definately visit this apartment and would recommend to others as well . Thank you Chaiwat and his team for this lovely stay

Very nice place to stay. The condo comes with the pool and gym which is really nice. The territory has a peaceful vibe so I’ve enjoyed it. Keep in mind that you will hear some specific noise (building ac or ventilation) during your stay daily and nightly. It didn’t bother me at all but for sensitive people it could be hard to fall asleep at first.

The host is incredibly kind, and he responds very quickly!🙂 The residence's swimming pool is extremely large and above all clean! The residence is well located, there are quite a few small shops as well as restaurants in the area, which is convenient for tourists! The place is large spacious and it was very clean upon arrival! I would recommend it!🙂
