Beautiful apartment away from hustle and bustle of kata beach but still close to everything. If you are planning on walking be warned the place is at the top of a steep hill. The pool is a perfect size to cool down the house is very clean and has everything you need. Selly is one of the most thoughtful and kind hosts I have ever had. I forgot something at the house and she even arranged to send it to me. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

The apartment is perfectly situated, few minutes walking to the beach. Cindy is very helpful, quickly responded to solve all our problems, really appreciated her help.

Great stay. Area is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Recommend getting the free bikes at the condo, the shopping area is a bit of a hike and the heat will beat you down with bags. Overall wonderful place to enjoy the pools, clean beach, and small shopping area.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was impeccably clean and fitted with all the necessities, making us feel right at home. The location is fantastic … much quieter and more family-friendly than Patong, yet still well-connected. Grabbing a Bolt or taxi is super easy and affordable. Just 20 minutes away is Turtle Village, which has some restaurants and shops, but I wouldn’t recommend it as the food isn’t great and is overpriced. Instead, I highly recommend local restaurants like “Micky Monkey Beach Restaurant”, located right next to the condo complex, for amazing, cheap and authentic Thai food. Nearby hotels like Renaissance and JW Marriott offer great restaurants with a mix of Int. and Thai cuisine. The condo complex itself is ideal, featuring pools, a stunning beach, a gym and incredibly friendly housekeeping staff. The host was wonderful … super responsive and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you’re after action, this is not the place to stay but if you’re after peace, quiet a pristine beach with hardly anyone on it then I highly recommend this place. There’s lots of comments about needing a car or motorbike to get around. You absolutely don’t, everything is walkable. Lots of local restaurants nearby. Turtle village is a short walk. You can get almost anything you need. A major plus for us after travelling around Asia for the past four months was the place has a washing machine. We will definitely be back in the future.

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

A beautiful apartment with compliant photos: it was a pleasure to be housed in this apartment within the Diamond Resort, equipped with a washing machine (this is rarely the case in this complex) and many accessories available, all with a beautiful unobstructed view from the balcony! There was a little quack about my reservation but Natalie was responsive and a solution was found, without Airbnb having to intervene: thank you:) Good thing: both check-in and checkout was flexible (thank you also for that). In short: a place that I recommend, close enough to spend a stay rich in activity, and far enough away to be quiet, if you prefer for example to enjoy the pleasant pool of the complex.

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

Nice living experience and nice landlord

The house was so beautiful and with a charming view I and my family enjoyed the space , the staff was very cooperative and friendly. There were positives as adding an extra bed for our pre-order and we were helped to coordinate a home massage. There was one negative and it needed some maintenance in the doors but everything was beautiful and I was happy to stay in this charming house.

The room is very new, nice and modern. The balcony is also big. It has a very nice view of the sea. The room is clean and tidy. The host is helpful, very helpful, and there is also a laundry service on the property. It is a good service and gives us a lot of comfort. My family and I loved it and will definitely come back to stay again. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Siriporn everything.
