Beach condo vacation rentals in Phuket

The unit was amazing! I can't speak highly enough of how impressive it was. We were less than 50m from the ocean. The entire complex was beautifully set out with swimming pools the length of the complex. The unit had two master bedrooms as well as a third separate bathroom. Vevee also had every imaginable accessory for the guests included in the unit. There is also a regular shuttle from reception to the local shops (Turtle Village) which had everything you would want. We will definitely go back again.

Great apartment in nice condominium, very clean, easy access to 7 Eleven, restaurants, small clean beach, pharmacy and so on .... great for 2 couples or a family ..... highly recommend .

Hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had—this place sets a whole new standard for hospitality. Our hostess was incredibly diligent, responsive, and thoughtful in every way. From complimentary food and transportation to help with bookings and local recommendations, she went above and beyond at every turn. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless—pristine doesn’t even begin to describe it—and beautifully arranged with generous amenities. The location is perfect, close to some of Phuket’s best sights, yet peaceful and relaxing. If I could give this stay 6 stars, I would. Don’t hesitate—this is truly the best Airbnb in Phuket.

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

The apartment is perfectly situated, few minutes walking to the beach. Cindy is very helpful, quickly responded to solve all our problems, really appreciated her help.

Very responsive host. Apartment was very clean & was very well equipped we had everything we needed . The pools and grounds were lovely, the location was perfect 2minutes from shops, bars, restaurants. 5 minutes walk to a lovely beach. The location perfect. Would definately stay again and highly recommended.

This property is a great value! The unit was immaculate. Host is super responsive and friendly. He usually responded in less than 5 minutes. Direct access to a beautiful, clean beach. Surf can be a bit rough, but it is definitely swimmable. Highly recommend

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

Elle’s place was stunning and in such a great area of town. There were shops and restaurants within a minute of walking and the beach was very close. It was a very nice space to come back to at the end of the day.

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

The house was so beautiful and with a charming view I and my family enjoyed the space , the staff was very cooperative and friendly. There were positives as adding an extra bed for our pre-order and we were helped to coordinate a home massage. There was one negative and it needed some maintenance in the doors but everything was beautiful and I was happy to stay in this charming house.

The interior of the room is very nice!The two large windows in the living room have a view of the ocean, and there is a mirror in the living room that is perfect for taking photos. The hygiene was clean and tidy, there were cups, plates, knives and forks, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc., so it was very convenient to have a casual breakfast. Quiet environment.There are comments that have seen this building's other listings say: the bar downstairs is noisy from the next street, but in fact there is no obstacle to sleep at night.(Possibly double-glazing function) Great location, five or six minutes walk to the beach, next to let's relax, 711. The apartment has its own pool downstairs and it's quite clean. The only downside, and the house designed its own bar, is that the small bedroom doesn't have a window, but the room has an air conditioner.The living room sofa is also a good alternative because of the fact that some of us in the group preferably. All in all a great value for money.
