This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

A great location close to the piazza, restaurants and cafes. Difficult for us personally to find street parking on the weekend but the garage is only a 10 min walk. Nice place to enjoy the city in the mornings and evenings while we went to the country during the day.

Tonin was a responsive and cordial host. The apartment was well located and was immaculate and very comfortable. We enjoyed our three night stay and highly recommend this apartment to future visitors. Grazie mille Tonin!
