Very nice apartment, well decorated, well heated, very clean, not far from the historic center within walking distance in 15 minutes. Ideal for crisscrossing Parma leaving the car in the private garage. The many directions provided by the host make the stay very simple and allow you to discover the surroundings very interesting too. To be booked without hesitation.

I stayed in January in this apartment run by two brothers who were very helpful and attentive to my needs. The apartment has just been renovated, tastefully furnished, a large terrace and new appliances. The location is very convenient with parking in front of the house and restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I hope to go back to spring to enjoy the terrace. I'm satisfied with the stay, I recommend it

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

Spent 3 nights at La Torre with a group of 6 friends. On the check in and check out days, the hosts were very helpful in getting our bags up and down the steep hill. On our first day we took public transport from the house to cinque terra. We didn’t have a car so it meant getting a taxi to the train station, was a little bit difficult to organise but the hosts helped out when there were no taxis available Our second day was spent e-mountain bike riding as the hosts run the bike hire shop. Rolling through the towns was stunning and would definitely recommend. issues: Without a car, you need to plan your travel ahead, make sure you have connecting taxis booked and enough groceries to cook meals. The electricity would trip when too many appliances were running Overall, I definitely recommend people stay at La Torre nel bosco, the location is stunningly beautiful and you can access cinque terra quite easily from there. The hosts are very supportive

I had a fantastic stay at Nicola’s place! The location is perfect—within walking distance to key attractions like the Enzo Ferrari Museum, the central market, and excellent shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was peaceful, spotless, and equipped with a full kitchen, which was great for preparing meals. The check-in process was seamless with Wi-Fi access, and Nicola was an incredibly responsive host, providing thoughtful recommendations that made my trip even better. Highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The house has been renovated with quality materials, finished really well and is very welcoming. We stayed for the last of the year and also appreciated the manicured and spacious garden. Paolo was really very kind and made sure everything was fine. Definitely for nature lovers, it is the ideal place to take nice walks immersed in nature and tranquility. The village is very small and the inhabitants are kind and friendly. Highly recommended!!

Jerry was a perfect host and his well-located and quiet apartments served us beautifully. Location of the apartment on a pedestrianized street yet in a private quiet area meant it was conducive to sleeping well. Linens were crisp and clean. The heater worked perfectly during chilly October evenings. We had a family emergency which required a plan change and Jerry was kind, understanding and helpful. We highly recommend Jerry and apartment number 3.

Ideal apartment to shine in the area. It is both very spacious and very quiet (no one above us). It was a great pleasure to stay there after long hours of sightseeing. You can park your car inside for free, it's a plus. In short, to rent without a second thought.

The accommodation, just tens of meters from the historic center of Parma, recently renovated, in a period building, was easy to access, very comfortable and, despite the fact that it was very quiet on the ground floor. The cleanliness level is excellent.

Giulia gave us a warm welcome and was a great host. She put together a travel guide that took us to an incredibly good pizzeria. Thank you very much for that. She also put out toys for our son, which meant he had a great time too. Come along and enjoy a great, quiet time.
