Monthly Rentals in Parap

It was great to have Benji’s team looking after any queries I had, always very prompt and responsive. The apartment is ideally located and Parap is a perfect choice for Darwin so near the markets and galleries and good cafes.

We booked the Airbnb in the morning and wanted to move in that same day. Communication was swift so was not left waiting to see if we could get in that day. Place was lovely and clean. Tea/coffee/milk and cleaning products in the house so really convenient. House is close to walk paths along the beach and restaurants (as we like a wine/beer or two). Pool was a bonus but as we found out most pools in Darwin at this time of year (January) are like very warm baths. Was still nice to swim and then get out to cool down :)

Wonderful place to call home for a while. Kelly and Alex are lovely, welcoming, attentive hosts. Cozy little apartment, great location outside of the city center in walking distance to Sunset Beach, beautiful East Point Reserve, supermarket, café/restaurants. Guest bicycle is fabulous to discover the surroundings. Warmly recommended!
