Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Parap

I stayed here for 2 and a half months whilst I moved from Adelaide to Darwin, and used this place to get myself acquainted with the area & find a permanent rental. It was an incredibly comfortable stay, all staff were extremely friendly, I had no issues with noise and the amenities were amazing. Even met the hotel owner a few times and he was always so invested in everyone having a wonderful stay. The kitchen was great to cook in, loved having a full size fridge considering how long my stay was. Bed was very comfortable. Make sure to get out on the balcony around sunset, you have an amazing view of the sky which turns the most beautiful shades of pink. The cafe downstairs was great, nice food and coffee. The bar upstairs was a cool amenity, mostly to watch the sunset as I don't drink. The pool was great, always clean and a great temperature. Watched the sunrise from the infinity end a couple times which was lovely. Easy walk into the city. Would absolutely stay again in heart beat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Erin's place. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, and communication couldn't be any better. Would absolutely stay again!

The apartment was great. we enjoyed our stay. easy distance from shops and restaurants. easy access, looked like the photos. The only thing was no bottle opener. Apart from that, thumbs up

This apartment faces the beach and the wonderful Darwin sunset. Spacious, clean, quite luxurious, a lovely pool out front and a really great kitchen. Brilliant cocktail bar (Dom’s) a block away and lots of nice food trucks along the beach park. Peaceful outlook, lots of birds, short drive to supermarket etc. will definitely stay again!

This is a great apartment in a cracking part of Darwin. It was almost a resort style holiday with the swim lagoon, cafes and bars at our doorstop - plus central Darwin an easy stroll away. Use of the vehicle was an extra bonus. Host was super responsive and apartment was great for the two of us.

Clean, spacious and close to everything

Had a wonderful time staying at Sunset on Smith for 4 nights. Ideal location, great views and as the name suggests stunning sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the spa, sipping drinks and watching storms roll by. Pristine apartment with all necessary amenities. We couldn't get over how soft the bed sheets were! Would highly recommend, look forward to staying at Eyve's place in future.

Jessica was really friendly, helpful and responsive from the initial contact all the way through our stay. The house was perfectly clean and tastefully furnished, free of any clutter but with everything we needed. My kids loved looking after the chickens and collecting fresh eggs each day. I would definitely recommend to others.

This was the perfect staycation house for us, we hardly left our whole stay! Was super clean, comfy beds, and everything we needed. So many toys and games for kids too which our little one loved!

Came up for a work trip and would definitely stay again. The house was nice an clean and had everything we needed for out stay. Maria responded quickly on check in when I somehow lost the check in details even though we arrived late at night. The area was very quiet and close to everywhere we needed. Rod’s place was perfect for our large family Christmas holiday. Plenty of space for the kids to run around with lots of wildlife - plovers, curlews and long nosed bandicoots. The house had everything we needed and more. Located centrally between the city and everything else it was the perfect base to explore Litchfield, Howard Springs, Humpty Doo and then into the city. Very quiet area and was wonderfully peaceful.

This is a fabulous home to holiday in with so much space, a brilliant kitchen and amazing outdoor entertaining with BBQ area. The pool has great views of the marina. Everything is so close, but felt like you’re in the safest part of town. Also, Dany has her finger on the pulse with best things to do in Darwin and suggested some amazing things to do. I have to say, after sweltering in 36 degrees for most of the days, the home cinema was such a hit not just with us but with our boys too. The hosts are exceptionally responsive and nothing is a bother. We’ll be back!

Loved the afternoon views by the pool here giving relaxation the whole stay. Aircon was great inside the house with how hot it was outside. If I ever come back this is where I’m staying all over again

I had a great 3-night stay at Stuart Park in Darwin. The place was easy to find, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant visit. Its location is excellent—close to the CBD, making it easy to explore the city. Eve and Tom are proactive and providing thoughtful touches and quick responses to any queries. The accommodation offered a cozy and convenient base for exploring Darwin. Highly recommended for a stress-free stay.

We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys and loved the apartment. Location is perfect to walk to Darwin City, Mindil Beach and Casino, Cullen Bay. The views are amazing, sunrise and sunset were wonderful. The space is great with plenty of room for everyone. Having the comforts of home when on holidays was great.

Such a lovely place to stay! best view, big TV with a comfortable couch, comfortable beds and overall just a great place to stay, kids lived it just as much as we did.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A very nice apartment. Neat and tidy. Perfect for a family of 5. Very close to the city. Easy to find. Very good layout of apartment. Kids thought it was great. Nice little pool for the kids when we used it. Instructions for entry, gates and wifi were excellent. Would recommend this apartment for sure and hopefully we will be able to stay in it again next time.

Everything was as advertised, and Benjamin‘s responsiveness made for great peace of mind. Thanks so much!

Location of the property was ideal, having all the eateries a plus, the Lagoon and Wave Pool close by, as well as the Wharf Precinct. Would like to see a cleaner balcony for our next visit. Overall the accommodation was lovely, if it wasn't for the 4pm check in time we would have rated our experience 4 1/2 stars.
