Excellent location and hosts! Very responsive and a great neighborhood! Easy to access beach and other attractions. Spent most of our time in the backyard and the game room!

Anna’s place is in a great location. Very quiet and peaceful part of the beach. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles. Shower was great with lots of hot water and water pressure for the 6 of us. Several restaurants are close, some are walkable. Definitely would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea's place. The house is laid out nicely with the master bedroom separate from the other 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked without being cluttered. Nice fenced in yard for pups. We arrived during the snowstorm and Andrea was very helpful with a flexible check-in. PCB is nice to visit at this time because the weather can be sunny and warm enough to go to the beach but the area is very deserted, not alot of tourists. We would definitely stay again.

Paul and Janet are wonderful hosts, and our stay with our pups was perfect. The house is well-located in a comfortable, quiet neighborhood with a quick walk to beach access and an easy drive to any nearby places in PCB or along 30A that you might be looking to visit. The backyard was great for the pups, and the house was well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Paul and Janet really go all out with personalized touches to make it a fun stay; we had a great time spinning records on the record player, playing games, and enjoying the Christmas tree/outdoor lights they had put in to make things feel festive and cozy. Paul and Janet were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with; we would definitely stay in their place again.

Very clean home, and it had everything we needed for our stay and more. It was a quick walk to the beach and was super conveniently located to the dollar general. It was in a quiet area, and felt very cozy and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it.

Chandra’s place was just as described. Very nicely decorated and clean. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and we had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was very short and convenient. We plan to visit again.

Had such a great stay in this studio. It is so thoughtfully designed with many places to store items, including hooks and storage baskets. Feels bigger due to a creative use of space and mirrors. Loved the backdrop and the chairs on the patio. Would stay again!

We had the best stay! First, Mark reached out about changing our Airbnb to another one of his locations since the first location had construction going on next door, which was so thoughtful since we have kids. The place looks just like the pictures and it was very clean. On top of all of that being literally 30 seconds from the beach, you can see schooners from the front door, and you have your own pool! We had a blast and Mark was the best! We will definitely be back to stay at another one of his locations!

I had a wonderful stay at Alen's Airbnb! The space was exactly as pictured and described—perfectly sized for a relaxing getaway. It was peaceful, easy to get to, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Allen was a kind and attentive host, making sure I had all the information I needed. I will definitely be visiting again! Highly recommend!

Our stay at Dawn's place was a dream. The apartment itself is clean, clutter free, well equipped, super close to the beach, and quiet. We enjoyed the heated pool with our little kids and easily walked over to the beach. We had everything we needed. The complex is quiet and clean. We enjoyed the BBQs by the pool and the toys and beach necessities that Dawn provided (umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys). The apartment is close to good restaurants, walkable to a great new coffee shop, and minutes from grocery and entertainment! We will definitely stay here again!

What an amazing view! It's perfect to wake up in the morning and see the Gulf shimmering in the sunlight. This condo was very comfortable and just the right size for the two of us. We stayed during Thanksgiving week and still enjoyed the beach. The heated pool was a nice treat. We only used the king sized bed, not the bunk beds. The bed was comfortable. I slept like a rock after getting so much fresh air. The beach right outside is sugary sand and the water is clear. When we were there, it was off season for the rental chairs on the beach, but Marina had beach chairs and umbrellas in the condo for us to use. The surrounding area has a ton of things to do with kids. You can walk to Walmart, and some other stores and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Cady was very helpful and responsive on our last minute getaway! We loved the cleanliness and convenience of the condo! Very easy walk to the beach! Long time Horizon South renters and this was one of the best!

Chris was an excellent host, and his rental was just right for our family! We enjoyed the hot tub and amenities, quiet surroundings and two separate bathrooms in the suite! We also loved that it was close enough to all the activities in town, but far enough we didn’t have a lot of traffic and commotion!! 10/10 we will book here any chance we can!!!

It’s was over all great!!! My family loved it!!! The host went above and beyond for us! I should have ran an empty load in the washer before I washed clothes but it was a great place! We hope to be able to stay again in the future!! The residents in the building were wonderful! Elevators were an issue for a few days but they were fixed by the end of our stay!
