Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Panama City Beach

Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Carmen. The place was clean, cozy and well decorated! Great communication as well. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Seaside Retreat was a 5++ star experience! We were already looking at calendars for when we could return before we left! Tracie has thought of everything! I work in the hospitality industry and travel quite a bit - this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever rented! The kitchen and dining area are huge and the kitchen is well supplied. The backyard includes a screened porch (w/tv) attached to a covered porch - both with tons of seating. All of that overlooks a perfectly sized pool (we had it heated for our New Year’s stay and it was PERFECT!). Tracie’s house has tons of pool & beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and a wagon to haul it all the one block (6 min walk) to the ocean. Sunnyside Beach is a stretch of beach with no houses or hotels on the beach - which means it’s not crowded at all. Tracie is very available and made sure all was well upon arrival and was more than willing to help us find anything in the house or in town. Thank you, Tracie!

Paul and Janet are wonderful hosts, and our stay with our pups was perfect. The house is well-located in a comfortable, quiet neighborhood with a quick walk to beach access and an easy drive to any nearby places in PCB or along 30A that you might be looking to visit. The backyard was great for the pups, and the house was well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Paul and Janet really go all out with personalized touches to make it a fun stay; we had a great time spinning records on the record player, playing games, and enjoying the Christmas tree/outdoor lights they had put in to make things feel festive and cozy. Paul and Janet were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with; we would definitely stay in their place again.

This was my second stay at one of Meredith’s houses. Each time has been so amazing and felt like home. The house was clean and very cozy. The location is great and very close to restaurants, beaches, shopping etc. Meredith is a great host very responsive and gave had lots of local recommendations. We are already wanting to plan another trip to the beach staying at one of Meredith’s houses!

We thoroughly enjoyed Waves of Joy! The 2nd story house was solidly built and the rooms were very private. The downstairs master bedroom/bathroom was spacious and the king size bed was comfortable. The house decor was pleasant. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. The neighborhood backed up to a lake that we rode our bikes to and we rode them to the beach as well. The couch was comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. The game room was a hit!

We really enjoyed our time here! Kids loved riding on the golf cart. Easy access to beach. Everything we needed was provided from the kitchen, to linens, and beach chairs/toys! Would definitely stay again!

This is one of the best air bnbs we’ve stayed at. Sal clearly put tons of thought into his space. You truly can arrive and live in it. The kitchen has basic amenities (coffee, cream, and sugar, oil and spices for cooking). He also has everything you could possibly need for the beach (towels, wagon, chairs, games, umbrella). He had very clear instructions for everything you use in the house. There was a grill, umbrellas, fire pit, and extra towels and wash cloths. Check in was easy. The beach was a short walk. The neighborhood was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The host was very friendly and responded to the question quickly. The house was so cute and roomy. love that it had an extra little room to the side of the house for someone to stay in and have privacy. Will stay again.

This unit made for a perfect stay.The view is amazing and it’s a easy walk to restaurants and shops. Jennifer was the most responsive, friendly, and helpful host I have ever dealt with. We hope to come back again.

Clay was a great host, was very responsive with any questions. Even reached out with the potential tropical storm to keep us updated, we weren't even aware of the storm before that. Planning to come back again next year!

Instead of booking an expensive cabin for my bday this year, my fiancée and I decided to visit PCB in the winter due to more affordable prices. Never did we think we’d see 3.5” of snow on the beach during our stay! From before check-in to after checkout, Mira was a very helpful and responsive host. We had to extend our original stay by one night due to the iced-over roads, no problem. The condo is perfect for one couple (or couple + a small child or two). It was prestinely clean and organized. We were comfortable the entire stay and throughly enjoyed the gorgeous beach/sunset views from the balcony overlooking the newly-named Gulf of America! The kitchen was big enough to store the food/drinks that we brought and prepare our morning breakfast/coffee, snacks, and a dinner or two. We ate out at a few restaurants, as well. We utilized the resort amenities including the indoor pool, the outdoor hot tub, and the game room where we played ping pong, air hockey, and billiards. 10/10 ?

First I want to start out by saying before I even booked this condo for 6 days Kyle messaged me back almost immediately explaining how far certain things were from the condo. Upon walking into the condo it was clean, refreshing and homey. The condo had every single thing we needed and more. We never had to take a trip for anymore supplies. It has a washer and dryer which was a first for us and it was absolutely useful. Gorgeous home and a friendly host in a breathtaking location!

John’s place was perfect for our quick trip. The check-in instructions were clear and easy. Our condo was clean and stocked with enough essentials for a family of 4. The building and amenities were clean. It was nice to see staff onsite taking care of the property grounds. Also, really appreciated the fast elevators!

This place was absolutely perfect! It is near everything, less than a 3 minute walk to the beach, and looked even better than the photos! Everything was super clean and the bed was so comfy! They even had chairs, a wagon and an umbrella that ended up being so convenient for us to use! I would stay here again and again! Amazing place!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with all the toiletries you might need provided. It’s also just a short walk to a great public part of the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sun and ocean. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, and I would highly recommend it!

If you’re reading this review, just go ahead and book this place. Beautiful and right across the street from the beach access, the house had everything we needed. We stayed with our 2 year old and everything was perfect! We definitely plan on staying here again in the future!
