Waterfront vacation rentals in Otago

Sherril's place was in an ideal location. It was a five minute walk to the lake, restaurants and the grocery store. The view of the lake from the kitchen/living room was spectacular! We liked that each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and flatware. We made use of the washer and dryer in the unit. Sherril was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend staying in Sherril's place.

A beautiful place to stay in Queenstown with incredibly epic views from the balcony. Plenty of room for a family of 4 to spread out and the location was perfect and we could easily walk into town along the flat road out the front. Views of Queenstown Lakes were superb and we would love to base ourselves here again if ever in Queenstown.

The studio was perfect for our stay. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Although close to town there is a steep walk up a hill to get there but not a problem. Being walkable was a bonus. Julien was an attentive host and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend.

David’s place has amazing views and was very comfortable for our 2 night stay. It was similar to a nice hotel room in terms of size. David was extremely helpful upon arrival and gave us great recommendations! We were able to walk into Queenstown or right up the road for food. We had a great stay and would highly recommend!

The place has everything you need - integrated fridge and dishwasher, washing machine, clothes lines, fireplace, air conditioning, free parking in front, a local bakery that is across from the car - and is great for a staycation outside the busier parts of Wanaka, but still within 10 minutes of the waterfront. We love a clean house where everything works! Thanks for having us, Jason!

A perfect location for enjoying beautiful Moeraki, with the Millenium track starting just across the road. The loft has a wonderful view, is extremely comfortable and well-designed, & had everything we needed for a relaxing stay with excellent facilities for self-catering. Thank you Ewen, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

This place was perfect, super close to the city center. The only thing to be aware of is that the walls are a little thin and to absolutely not fault of the host we could hear someone else’s washing machine till 2 am. Just something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper.

This place has a fantastic location, making it very convenient to get around. The view from the window is absolutely picturesque, offering a stunning sight every day. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. I had a wonderful time staying here and would highly recommend it!

We felt very comfortable and at home. The house was clean, warm and inviting and had everything we could possibly ask for during our stay, including iron, hair dryers, toys for the kids. Everything was available and generous, well maintained and tidy. The house is decorated beautifully and you can tell love and care are put into this property. We loved our stay at Te Awa Lodge! The home was beautiful and very comfortable. The grounds and gardens were lovely, and we loved being by the river. We enjoyed the hot tub and watched the stars from the 2nd floor balcony. The location was great: 15 minutes from Wanaka and 5 minutes from Lake Hawea. Graeme made us feel right at home and gave us some good suggestions for places to see and places to eat. If you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to stay while you explore Wanaka and the surrounding area, I highly recommend Te Awa Lodge!

What a spot! and accomodation to match that made us feel instantly relaxed. Everything was extremely clean and tidy and well looked after. Nice to have the amenity of a full kitchen and easy walk down to the dairy and across to the beach for a dip! Hope to come back and enjoy another beach holiday :).

Beautiful scenery from the lounge room.. ! Well presented unit close to airport. We absolutely enjoyed just watching the sunrises and sunsets over the Remarkables and lake from the very comfortable recliners. Jimmy was quick to respond to any questions and we would love to re visit.

Ian's place is nice and spacious but we loved the location the most with a beautiful lake right around the corner that we enjoyed every day of our stay. Check in was easy and Ian had very clear and helpful instructions regarding parking, rubbish etc. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful get away.

A stunning place to stay. Private and peaceful with beautiful gardens. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need. Just a short stroll to everything you would want to do and see in Clyde. Definitely would stay again.

Nice bathroom. Loved the hot tub. Nice location by the lake - about a 10 minute drive from town. Just something to note if you are staying in Summer this place doesn't have air-conditioning. We were out all day exploring and by the time we got home the breeze had cooled the place down but if you were planning to hang at the apartment in the afternoon it gets quite hot.

Beautiful location! Wow! What a view! We all enjoyed it. And walking distance to the Church of the Good Shepherd and into town. I appreciated its history as well as it being the first home by Lake Tekapo. There was helpful staff on site. Jonathon. And the host Corbin was very responsive and informative.

I really appreciated their communication and quick replies! I had a couple day-of questions and they were very attentive - much appreciated.
