Vacation rentals with breakfast in Otago

Perfect for our needs ... Family stayed at various times over a hectic week.... Dan and Vicki were great host. Very accommodating for my dog... We felt very at home. Thanks for a great stay.

In one word, perfect!! Great value in a great peaceful location. The accommodation was very clean and tidy and was ideal for what what we needed. I highly recommend it!!

The perfect hosts! Sally's homemade granola and other daily staples, including fresh egg delivery set this stay apart from some others. It's evident that Drew and Sally work extremely hard to keep their place in shape, and yet, they make the time to check in on their guests daily to ensure we have everything we need. As soon as we mentioned our desire to BBQ dinner, Drew got the BBQ all cleaned up and ready to go for us. Koa, their very friendly (but respectful) black lab loved to visit if we were outside and never barked. The farm was so very quiet and acted as a peaceful reprieve from the noise of the city.

we had an amazing stay. this house has it all and made us feel like wanaka locals whilst getting ready for a wedding. perfect place to rest after a day exploring and stunning views. would highly recommend

What an amazingly peaceful home to stay in! We took an evening stroll down the country road and listened to all the birds around us as we watched the sun go down. The front porch is perfect for star gazing! Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we would need, including some homemade honey from their farm. Yum!

We loved the house ,it was very homely and comfortable. It was easy to walk around town and the water front. There was a great little super market that sold wine and some good seafood eateries to choose from. I loved all the painted murals around the town. The house was tastefully presented and we enjoyed our stay for a couple of days before going over to Stewart island. Thank you very much.

The hosts were kind and provided a great manual with lots of info and area tips. Lots of privacy. Highly recommend this studio apartment location which is higher up on a hill with great views. The studio is nicely furnished with great kitchen basics to cook if you please. Loved the bed and living area views and especially from the wicker chairs/deck overlooking the mountains day or evening. Relaxing place and walking distance to bus/water ferry. Groceries can be found in the Remarkables town center 3-4 km walk/ or 5 minute drive. Queenstown is a bus or ferry away. Loved my stay. Highly recommend.

The best place to live in Queenstown! The place was so clean and lovely! Sharon was also a very kind and friendly host and very responsive to messages. She also left us drinks and breakfast in the fridge. Wish we could stay longer :)

The Terminus is a gorgeous heritage building and the transformation into apartments was thoughtfully done. Everything was as described, and it was a comfy homebase for our time in Dunedin. The hosts were helpful before and during our stay with suggestions. The kitchen was well-appointed, and we especially appreciated the bread and fruit they left for us. And we were grateful - mid-way through our journeys in NZ - to have the use of a washer and dryer in the apartment! We would highly recommend a stay here! (And we would also highly recommend a meal at the restaurant on the ground floor - I'm still thinking about the dessert we had there!)

Amazing space and very close to everything in Queenstown. The views were extraordinary. Chloe and Chris were also wonderful hosts. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Queenstown.

We had a fantastic, relaxing time at Sarah's rental. Very well appointed and comfortable. Very lovely hosts, who made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay with Paul. Came out to greet us and show us around when we got there. Let us use their bikes and brought us fresh towels almost immediately after messaging for some. Lovely place!

We could not have loved our stay with Sally and Kerry (and Finn the dog) more! They truly went above and beyond to welcome us. We so enjoyed the time we spent at their lovely home, full of beauty and warmth, as well as the time spent in their delightful company. Breakfasts were perfect, the atmosphere relaxed as well as relaxing, and it was just an all-around magical stay. Thank you Sally and Kerry and we hope to see you again!

Perfect location very quiet and peaceful for a good night sleep. Lovely welcome fruit basket and breakie items. Large bedroom with very comfortable bed and nice view over pond - loved the ducks to wake me up in the morning ❤️. Good size bathroom with a great shower 👍 Lots of added extras e.g bathrobes and slippers. Met Lyn and she is a lovely lady and a perfect host. Ideal location 10mins to Arrowtown and 15mins drive into Queesntown. Would love to return and would certainly recommend.

The most beautiful little house with friendly farm animals all around us. There was plenty to do on the property and in nearby towns. The morning birdsong, friendly chickens and the general appearance of the house were amazing.

You don't want to miss the opportunity to stay here. Greg is an extremely friendly, responsive and proactive host (and the fresh baked bread is a bonus!). The space is homely, comfortable and feels very private even though it's next to the house. Also, how can you not want to say hello to the alpacas on the farm! I would highly recommend staying here.

Going to Cromwell wasn't in our itinerary but because I liked this cute little place, we decided to give it a try. And tell you what it's damn well worth it. The location is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The hosts were super friendly and kind. Graeme, kindly took us on a tour to his garden, where he proudly displayed his collection of various fruits and vegitables. We all walked to a beautiful lake which is just across the fence. They suggested us places to look around in Cromwell. There is a cute cafe, a small bridge with a walk trail all the way to Clyde and also a Highland Motorcycle park, all within just 5 kms. Thanks to Jennifer and Graeme our day was well spent in Cromwell. No wonder it has one of the best ratings in Queenstown. Would definitely visit again with friends and family.

An absolutely stunning spot to relax and unwind. We would highly recommend—Michelle’s extra touches made it feel extra luxurious! Hopefully we can return some day.
