Monthly Rentals in Oceanside

We stayed for 5 months with our dog and had a great time! The apartment complex is very pet friendly, with many walkable paths and plenty of lawn spaces. We loved that we were so close to the major freeways (76, 78, I5, and 101), lots to do and good eats around! Inside had all amenities necessary for a long term stay, including initial paper/disposable products. Eugene was super responsive and helpful when needed! Since we were staying for a while, Eugene helped arrange monthly cleanings, and the cleanings were super helpful in keeping the condo fresh! 10/10 would recommend!

We had an amazing stay and cannot recommend this place enough! Brad was a great host and very accommodating of our constant change in plans and we faced no problem at all. You get lots of privacy and a comfortable stay.

Loved my stay here. The place was super cute, comfortable and cozy and had everything I needed for my extended stay. Very comfortable bed with nice linens. Awesome hot tub to watch the sunset over the ocean. Bohemian beach vibes. Everything was in good working order and my communication with the host was excellent. Walking distance to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants in South Oceanside. The only issue for me was normal noise from the upstairs unit. If you are noise sensitive it might not be the best choice. But I give it 5 stars as it was overall a great experience!

Preface: The price for a month here was far less than any other equivalent furnished monthly rentals we looked at in North County San Diego, so take the negative comments here under consideration as they are minor compared to the value you get. Positives ... Recent build so everything is new and updated. Comfy king bed. Natural light with windows on 3 sides. Kitchen is large with plenty of counter space. Private covered patio and the yard is nicely landscaped. Location is convenient. Short drive to O'side Coast Hwy, I-5, and shopping/restaurants/beach. Neighborhood is clean and safe. Negatives... Sofa is small and uncomfortable (soft and flimsy with no support). Shower often took forever to get warm water which sometimes turned cold midway. Some road noise from the I-5 which is 1 block away (1/10th of a mile). I don't think there is any sound insulation. You will clearly hear people upstairs walking around, moving furniture, vacuuming, talking, music/TV, flushing toilet.
