Vacation rentals with lake access in Oceanside

We rented Christine’s home over Christmas and it was a great home base for us to go back and forth between friends and family and for nearby folks to visit with us. The house was much bigger than expected and the pool was amazing. It was a lovely way to spend a non traditional Christmas near the beach!

A great place to curl up with a book, relax, and hike! Loved the vintage vibes and horse country feel.

This beach house is everything and more. You won’t want to leave! We came out to celebrate my birthday and just relax for the holiday with local family. We had a great time. It was a bit chilly so we didn’t get to use the backyard as much as we would’ve liked but sitting in the living room with the door open and listening to the waves was priceless. Heather was so friendly and easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed. Dolphin and surfer watching every day and we even saw a whale. We will definitely be back!!! One tip: try to have a compact car so you can park in the driveway spot. Although, we never had trouble with street parking. My hiccup was the street sweep is early am and I was scared to get a ticket! Easy to work around though and well worth it for the location.

This was an ideal place for me as I am in SD regularly for work - and want something clean, quiet, and comfortable. Dulei's place checks all those boxes resoundingly. As others have also written, Dulei is fully clear in her instructions, and similarly very clear - as well as prompt, and responsive - with any follow-up questions. She also left some nice snacks, water, and coffee - I enjoyed and appreciated them all. Last, but not least, she left some beautiful fresh-cut flowers in the kitchen - a very nice added touch. This place is an excellent value for the money - it's even a bit bigger than I had envisioned, with a sizeable (separate) living, sleeping, and kitchen/ dining areas. I didn't have time to enjoy the yard, but that is a plus as well. This rental will be high on my list for future visits. Thank you for your diligence and thoughtfulness, Dulei!

we loved our stay at the Carllsbad location. the backyard was the perfect little hang out and the house was spacious and accommodated our large group nicely.

Overall great experience! No complaints. The house was spotless and felt very clean. The hosts were so nice and responsive. Would stay again.

They were great! Very friendly and helpful with all my questions! Spacious. Clean. Neat. Backyard was wonderful and the pool was great to have and use. We will definitely be back and highly recommend. Not a far drive from downtown San Diego. We were happy with our stay!

This was the perfect place to stay, especially to visit Legoland. The host was always super responsive and helpful, and can even help you get discounted tickets. We definitely would recommend to others.

It was a nice place to stay for a month. Veena was very responsive to my inquiries and questions. It was a good location and the bed was extremely comfortable. It worked great for me.

A great place to stay in the hidden gem of Leucadia! Breakfast downstairs at the French Corner and the beach only 2 blocks away. I’d definitely come back!
