Beachfront vacation rentals in Oak Island

We stayed at this property for four days in October and had a greqt experience. The property was beautifully decorated and had all the ammenities that were listed. The property was well manicured outside and the swimming pool and firpit were awesome. Upon arrival we found the property in a very clean and tidy and in working condition. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the sinks and showers was good. Maybe it was because we were there in the off season, but there were no crowds to speak of and we felt like we had a lot of privacy at the property. Overall, this was a very good experience.

We loved Mark’s apartment with both views for sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed from the beginning and Mark was easy to reach throughout the stay. This spot will stay in our top choices to rent. Thank You for providing a great place to vacation.

Sandpiper was the perfect holiday getaway for celebrating my mom’s birthday and Thanksgiving with a large family. The amenities were great (kids loved the heated pool) and it was wonderful to be steps away from the beach. The property is perfect for large groups and each room still has the benefit of privacy with en suite bathrooms! Katie was responsive from the get go and suggested a variety of restaurants, activities and supermarkets near the house. I would absolutely stay at this location or any one of her properties in the future!

Beautiful beach home just a few minutes walk to the beach. Stayed for a softball tournament and the house was only 20-40 minutes from our location. The private pool was so nice to come back to after a hot day of softball. The house was as described and the privacy each room provided with its own individual bathroom was the best feature in my opinion. I love a great home where you can enjoy time with friends/family and relax. Definitely would come back and looking to book this property again in the very near future.

The hosts were extremely prompt and gracious. House is great and beautifully laid out. Plenty of room to be together and have quiet time as well. We enjoyed a fabulous long weekend with our kids and grandkiddies. It was absolutely delightful. Hope to return.

Markus and Ashley were great hosts. They were proactive in there communication and super responsive. The home is beautiful and was spotless. Our grandson enjoyed the private pool for hours and the house was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and carts. The location was perfect....a 5 minute walk to the beach, but at the end of a small private street to make the evenings quiet and relaxing. If you are coming to Carolina Beach, we highly recommend this home because you will have a great stay. Brian G.

Karen and Dwight are very responsive and communicative hosts. We were displaced due to Hurricane Helene and made this reservation at the last minute. I usually have more time to research locations but did not do my due diligence with this reservation so I was a little surprised to find the hosts lived on the property (It is in the listing). The location and amenities were absolutely wonderful. Although we did have to leave for a couple of hours the day after we checked in due to the host having an open house they were unable to cancel, the hosts did apologize for the inconvenience.

Even though I had to leave 2 days early thanks to the historical storm, I still enjoyed Chris and Bobbie's condo so much! I cooked dinner for the other 3 guests with me and EVERYTHING I could have possibly needed was right at my fingertips! All the beds were very comfortable, the master shower was amazing, the decor throughout the condo was perfect! I can't say enough about the beautiful view either! I'm going to try again in the spring and if this condo is available, I will definitely book it! I highly recommend this wonderful property/unit! Chris and Bobbie are great hosts! Thanks to you both.

This was our second visit staying here and we still love it so much! Hard to have a better location for enjoying Ocean Isle Beach. Stayed off season so it was super quite and all we heard when opening the door was the ocean. The place is well cared for and was very clean when checking-in. I am sure we will be staying again next year.

I've stayed in a lot of Airbnb's and I have to say that Erin's was definitely one of the cleanest I've stayed in, and definitely THE cleanest I've stayed in in the NMB area. Right away when you walk in you feel like your at a friend's home, cozy & homey, not an investment property (impersonal/cold feeling). Erin & Luke were super helpful, we had a problem connecting to the Internet & Luke came down and fixed it within a couple minutes. It's a great location, close to beach, right on the canal, quiet and lovely. The only that that didn't suit me, which is 100% just a preference, not a problem, the bed is quite soft, which I know a lot of people absolutely love, but in case you don't... Would definitely recommend Erin & Luke's place and would definitely stay again if they have availability on the dates I'm in town

Absolutely exactly wanted we wanted for a quick off season get away. Location was amazing, off the pool area but kinda set back with path to the beach literally right out the door. The other side gave amazing views and walk around marsh like land, perfect view of a sunset. The condo was clean, well appointed and stocked with useful items.

Thank you for ur place to relax. The visible and closeness of the water is superb. I found my first shark tooth ever. And 2 more another day. The wife and i amd son. Enjoyed. Thanks again.

We loved the hot tub and back yard! Every day we walked our little dog to the beach. We walked around exploring the area, there was plenty to do in walking distance!

Great place to stay, everything was provided that you would need to cook if you choose. 5 minute walk to beaches, which were pristine. Close to shopping, many great restaurants. This place was ideal and it met all of our needs. Place was quiet, enjoyed the screened in patio, beautiful view of the small lake. I highly recommend this place, we stayed 2 months and it was just right. It was very clean. A real jewel 💎.

Excellent location to the beach! Lots of space for a family. We brought paddle boards since it was right on the water with a dock that made it easy to launch the boards. You will need a car to get to shopping and restaurants. Kitchen is well equipped to cook in if you want to, as well as a grill on the deck. The hot tub was awesome since it was cold in the evenings while we were there. Beds were very comfortable and nice plushy pillows too! You will need to bring basic supplies (laundry detergent-none there) toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap starter pack provided but if staying a week definitely you will need to get more. Great fenced in yard for your pet. Favorite places to eat: Sea Captain’s House, Captain George’s Buffet, Crave, and Hook and Barrel! We also found a place that’s very casual, not the best atmosphere in Little River called Crab Catchers, great specials during the off season.

The place was as pictured, walkable to the beach & restaurants/shops at the boardwalk. The kitchen was well stocked & the pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay.

Rob and his wife were very responsive to any and all inquiries. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. While the living room adequately handled 7 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 infant largely because of the barstools, it wasn’t as spacious as the picture made it appear. This was the best Christmas my family has had. We had such a relaxing time. The home was warm and cozy but spacy. It was really chilly so we spent most days inside watching movies and painting a giant gingerbread house. We walked to the lake and looked at the lights on Christmas night. Took the kids to the lake memorial park. We truly enjoyed our time together.

It would be hard to beat this location and the expansive deck. It was quiet, no neighbors on either side, and a great fenced in area for the dogs. I’m not sure you could get this close to the beach without spending a lot more money. This is a great value, and we were quite sad to leave. It really began to feel like home and was quite comfortable The host was extremely responsive and polite, and immediately addressed a very minor problem. We will definitely return as soon as possible!

Mikes home WAS a little piece of paradise. The home, yard, parking and amenities were BETTER than described. We were pleased with the private outdoor sitting at Mikes beach. The appliances were top shelf. The kitchen had everything we needed. The doggie gates were priceless. The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The house was very clean. We liked having a washer and dryer. We enjoyed our time on the back porch. The views are amazing. Thank you Mike for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was the perfect peaceful time we needed.

The condo was well kept, especially for allowing dogs. We saw only one "fur ball" which is quite impressive for a pet friendly place. Nice ocean view and beach access. The bathrooms were clean and kitchen was pretty well stocked. Pans would be one area of improvement, but I understand why hosts don't keep high quality pans out just to be scratched up by guests. :) The only other warning I would give is that parking may be a bit tight. I have a Sierra 1500 and was glad the parking lot was not full as maneuvering would've have been difficult. I'm sure this is a non-issue for min-vans and smaller vehicles. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would book here again. Thanks
