Catching Sunsets was perfect. Exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, well appointed with amazing views of the river. Lynne was wonderful to work with and very responsive. The location of the condo was great and central to everything we wanted to do. Great restaurants, bars and shops. We parked the car and didn’t need to get in it again. An added perk was Wine Knot. The sunsets were beautiful from the 9th floor. Highly recommend everything about this airBnB. We will be back.

Whitney’s place was a great home base for exploring downtown Wilmington. She was also super flexible with us about check out time because there was no one else checking in that day and we had a later flight. The only thing I think could be a downside is the noise from the busy street, but that was clearly disclosed on the listing and she also provided earplugs to help with that. I would consider elsewhere if you are particularly noise sensitive, but otherwise it is a great spot!

We really enjoyed the old school feel of Molly’s place, a reminder of the days before high rises and condos took over the oceanfront.

My friends and I had a great time at this place! The condo is very homey and enjoyable to stay in, it wasn’t far from the beach and it was super easy to check in and out of. Would definitely recommend!

The Loft was the perfect spot for a solo weekend getaway. The charming front deck was ideal for enjoying coffee and reading in the morning. It's just a short walk to the nearest beach entrance and conveniently close to everything you might need during your trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location that provides easy walkable access to everything old downtown wilmington has to offer. cozy and private spot within little grouping of apartments in building. slight awareness for weekend noise from bar next door but its very subtle so did not bother us really. Ideal spot for a weekend stay in downtown wilmington.

Great home for the weekend, close to the beach and had all the amenities to cook and more! Beautiful outside patio and seating area. Bed extremely comfortable. We had to check in late and hosts were very accommodating and phenomenal!

We have become regulars at Dan’s place. It is always very clean and stocked with everything we need. It is warm and very cozy during these cold days - perfect for watching football while having a bowl of chili on the super comfy sofa. My boyfriend sleeps better at Dan’s place than he does at home! Dan has been so accommodating and easy to communicate with each time we’ve stayed. We could not be happier with each stay and will continue to use Dan’s place as our “go-to” AirBnB in Wilmington! Highly recommend!

This was one of my favorite spots I’ve ever stayed at. The hosts were fabulous with everything—responsive and friendly. It’s the perfect little hideaway. It’s so close (walkable) to all things downtown has to offer yet it’s tucked away so that you can escape the noise of the nightlife. Once we parked we never had to use the car until we checked out! The bed was also very comfortable, big plus++ listing was exactly as described as well. Thank you Jody! Will definitely be back🤗

Great little place in Carolina beach. Everything is very walkable and great restaurants nearby! Would stay again.

Marilyn's place was very clean and nice. Its location was exactly where I wanted to be and at a great price. Everything you need to live in the place and go to the beach or ride bikes is right there. Marilyn herself was highly responsive. I had a problem accessing AirBnb and she answered my text about getting in after 11:30 pm--highly unexpected but so appreciate it. 5 stars.

Overall a great place! Awesome location, pet friendly, and has everything that you need. We had a fantastic stay and we’d stay here again.

Katie’s place was beautifully decorated and clean. Very quiet area and loved the walk ability to the beach, restaurants, and barefoot landing.

Will definitely stay again me and the family felt right at home we couldn’t figure out how to work one of the tv but we definitely enjoyed the place it was wonderful and the location made it even better

You can’t get any closer to the ocean than this! The big balcony is where I spent most of my time, had plenty of kitchen tools to cook some great meals and felt right at home in the condo, There was plenty to do even in the off season - they already have beach chairs so I could head straight to the beach, I rented bikes from Tony Surf school and even took the ferry over to Southport for dinner (highly recommend!). Thank you Chuck and Jennifer for a great holiday getaway! I will definitely rent again.

Mimis place was fantastic. I stayed 4 weeks for work and it was just as advertised. Exceptionally clean, stocjed with everything i could need, very private and quiet. I couldn't have been happier. Mimi even gave me local guides for dining and shopping. She went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay at one of her properties again. Debra J

The condo was great!! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the beach and listening to the ocean.

Absolutely precious unit! Immaculately clean and well appointed. Easy in and out. Tracy was lightning fast with communication. Beds were so comfy we hated to leave. Sunset is close to everything without the noise and traffic of the south Strand. It was perfect for our girls getaway weekend.

Dianne & Mark's place was perfect for our weekend trip to Wilmington. For a small space, it had everything we could have possibly wanted and had a surprisingly large bathroom. The hosts were super friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. The space was super cute and the outdoor oasis was lovely, even if we did not have the opportunity to enjoy it during our quick trip. I'll definitely be back for future weekend Wilmington trips.
