Vacation rentals with a kayak in North Topsail Beach

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and have finally found a home worth every penny spent. Kim keeps this home away from home in pristine condition with every creature comfort available from slippers to comfy throws and snacks with dietary restrictions in mind. The location of the home is a short walk from some of the best views and restaurants in Swansboro with a great park which my daughter enjoyed! Do not hesitate to stay here and enjoy it as much as we did!

Kert's house worked perfectly for me and my family. I'd categorize this place as a "home", not just a house. My grandchildren called it "Grandpa's house". Our stay was relaxed and comfortable, just what we were looking for. The kitchen and dining room were ideal for our family meals. The bikes were also a big plus for us. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

The location was perfect for us since the daughter, granddaughter, and great grand children are within a fifteen minute drive. The set up within the shack mirrors the photos very closely. Definitely roomy and essentials are provided. Joshua answered all my questions prior to our arrival and very promptly stop by to address a couple issues we encountered shortly after we arrived. The receptacles in two of the bathrooms were not working. Joshua quickly identified the problem and fixed them within a few minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend this Airbnb.

This place is very convenient and clean for a getaway. We didn’t spend much time at the home, but it allowed the ability to cook, have privacy and enjoy the feeling of a home away from home.

This was one of our favorite vacation rentals ever. The location along the canal was so quiet and peaceful. We used the paddle boards and kayaks, and spent so much time outside at the the dock in the evenings. Our kids enjoyed fishing. We rented the golf cart for the week which made trips to the beach quick and easy. The house was very well stocked with paper products, condiments, and basic cooking supplies. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything Mindy!

The place was perfect in every aspect: The location, size, accommodations, amenities, and proximity to the areas we frequented. For our tennis group, the total cost was less than what a hotel would have cost, which is historically where we used to stay. This experience, summarized by our ability to share one place, travel together, have meals together, watch TV together, and have the large space to spread out was absolutely fantastic. The experience was positive any which way you look at it. On top of that, Jana (and her husband) were super hosts with super friendly communication. We wish we had the opportunity to meet them in person, but..............maybe this time next year :-).

Our stay was great at this top floor home. The street the home is on is homey and quiet and yet a short walk to the beach, restaurants etc. Truly the best of both relaxing and fun activities. The house is exactly as described and very clean, comfortable and well equipped. There were no guests in the unit below us so very private for our stay. The hosts are quick to respond to any questions and we had zero issues with our stay. The outside enclosed porch is delightful.

Brandon’s place was great for our weekend stay. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the outdoor spaces were private and beautiful, and area attractions were short drives away!

Our stay at Carolyn’s Lighthouse was exceptional from start to finish! The accommodations were top-notch, blending comfort and style seamlessly. The highlight was definitely the hot tub and outdoor movie theater—both were perfect for relaxing evenings after a day of exploration. We especially appreciated the host's, Richard’s, friendliness and attentiveness, making us feel right at home. The quick trip to the nearby beach was a hit with everyone, offering a refreshing and fun escape. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend!

Steve and Hannah’s home was perfect for a family get away. The house was cozy and had beautiful sunrise and sunset views!

This cozy cottage was exactly what my daughter and I needed for a weekend away in a secluded setting on their property. Charlene was a gracious host and the amenities in this cozy cottage were impeccable! It was super inviting, modern, and had all the things that you needed including very appreciated basket of snacks upon arrival. My daughter and I really enjoyed using the gym next-door and then headed out toward Wrightsville Beach the next day. We enjoyed the fire pit at night with provided firewood on the cute patio with the string lights and peaceful sounds of nature. Grocery stores were easily 5 to 10 minutes away and Wilmington was a good 15-20 minute ride. Topsail was 25 minutes in the other direction and we loved visiting there as well. The property is huge and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful cottage! Great stay overall!

We LOVED our quick stay in topsail! Sue's place is just done right all around. It is one of the cleanest, well appointed, and a place where you feel at home. The kids enjoyed the hang area under the waterside porch. In a quiet area of topsail its great to visit year round.

We had a great long weekend stay. The house exceeded our expectations, was spacious and the views were incredible. Only a half mile drive to the bridge leading to the surf city pier.

We loved everything about his place. My grandkids loved the dock because they could fish right in the backyard and we could see them from the back decks. We saw dolphins a few morning and even saw a stingray from the dock. Frederick was an awesome host. We would love to come back early spring or fall so they could catch some fish. Thank you we made some great memories! Beautiful and so peaceful!

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures. We absolutely loved our stay. The porch and the dock was our favorite! Would love to stay here again.
