Vacation rentals with beach access in North Topsail Beach

I’ve stayed here multiple times and love the location on the quieter south end of the island. Absolutely no complaints, the house had everything I needed, the bed was comfy, the view was stunning, the place was spotless.

Lisa and tab were one the most wonderful people we have met in general. They were genuine and appreciated us being there as we did as well. We will absolutely stay there again when we get back to that area. It was a very comfortable Homie place with a beautiful spot outside to have coffee and just hang out. Awesome awesome awesome can’t say enough.

I have stayed here for many years. It’s easy access to the beach and restaurants makes this a relaxing and low key getaway. Enjoyed our trip as always.

Great stay from starting line to finish. We loved the locality of the property. Everything is in walking distance. Would love to experience this property during spring and summer! Love the privacy.

This place is such a treasure, and Sam was the perfect host! He had everything we needed, including ice and luxurious robes. The space was beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for walking over to eat and listening to live music. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the music… He has an awesome set up for playing your favorite playlist! The outdoor bathtub was so relaxing. The bed was super comfy and I slept like a baby. We can’t wait to get back, and February/March is the perfect time to book this piece of heaven on earth!

This is a great location for exploring downtown Wilmington. Lots of Restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the Riverwalk or most anything you might want to do downtown.

Ryan's place was in a great location, as described & what we needed for our short stay. He too was a very good host. Would definitely rebook on our return visits if available.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Incredibly cozy, yet roomy and very clean! It has a very nice top sun deck with comfortable chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch the ocean waves. 💜 The house is close enough to the ocean that you can sit on the swing that is in the yard and hear the ocean and smell the salty air! Literally only a short walk from the public beach access, very convenient! Definitely recommend, 10/10! We hope to stay here again! Kate is great, very friendly and helpful! We had a wonderful visit with our son! Our first experience with Airbnb, very positive! 🧡💚

Perfect location in a cute community. Easy walk right out to the beach, got to see gorgeous sunsets daily from one of many decks, and ample space on the interior to not feel like we were on top of each other. Justin is also one of the most responsive hosts, which we were so appreciative of.

LuAnne’s place was absolutely beautiful! The home is completely furnished with everything we needed, kitchen is fully equipped, and the entire home is immaculate. We enjoyed the decks and view our entire stay. Short walk to the beach and to a few local restaurants. I would highly recommend LuAnne’s home and our family would love to return. She was responsive during our entire vacation.

Had an absolutely perfect trip to Gerald’s property. Everything was pristine and ample towels and linens. Totally gorgeous and RIGHT on the beach, couldn’t be closer. 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back!!

What can I say about this visit?! We had to cut our visit short because of Tropical Storm Debby but Alex was so responsive and helpful we could not ask for a better host. This is our second year and love the area. House has everything for great beach days including bikes! You do not need to bring anything for the beach. The house is homey and stocked with kitchen items and plenty of towels and linens. We will be back.

It was reasonably priced beautiful home. They were very responsive to our questions, the house had everything we needed down to the trash bags we would definitely stay there again!

April’s place is amazing. Location was fantastic for us as we moved our newly married daughter & her Marine husband into their new home which was close by. I was determined to find a place to stay on the beach for a quiet morning walk before starting the day and hear the sounds of the ocean at night as we ended a long working day. This place was just perfect for that. It was exactly as described. We had an incident with the lock when we arrived, I alerted April, and she quickly resolved the problem. Highly impressed by that.

Very cute place. Booking super easy. Location is GREAT. I will say it’s super bright. There’s a sky light and if u like to sleep in this is not the spot for u lol.

We had the perfect weekend for Valentine’s Day. The place was amazing and the view from the balcony was even better. We really did not wanna leave, but we will definitely be back! Tony and Kimmy were great hosts, we could not have asked for better!

Just what my husband and I needed for a short getaway. Talk about an absolutely amazing view! Watching the sun rise and set were one of the highlights of our stay. The condo was cozy, clean, and furnished with all the necessities. I loved how all pertinent information was displayed (ie. Wi-Fi password, cleanup/check out instructions, etc). We cannot wait to visit again!

It was such an amazing location! You cannot beat the ocean view and we did get one incredible sunrise. My husband found an amazing sharks tooth on one of our casual walks. The bed was super comfy and the sound of the ocean was wonderful. We would definitely come back and stay longer.

This place is hard to beat on Wrightsville Beach if you're looking for an ocean view, easy beach access, and premium parking. An ideal setting for our family of 4. The balcony overlooking the beach is roomy and amazing for watching the sunrise. Several restaurants and shops are under a 5 minute walk, and grocery store a 5 minute drive away. We plan to return!

Jim and Nora were excellent hosts. They communicated so quickly. The condo is soooo clean and comfortable. Being a sea turtle lover, I felt very at home with the decor. This condo is so very close to the beach and made it so convenient for us to just go whenever we wanted. We brought binoculars and were able to see the comet each night right from the deck. The deck has an ocean view and a great place to sit and relax with coffee in AM and wine at night. We were lucky to have great weather. It was off season so Jim and Nora let us in earlier and let us leave later. What a great weekend at a beautiful place that had everything we needed! The hosts were so welcoming and generous! We will happily be back!
