Great place - would stay again

Moe was a super host. Helping in with our bags and leaving wine, drinks and snacks for us. The bed was super comfortable and everything we needed was to hand. Moe let us know she was available to answer any questions, and she was. It was a great stay. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Lisa's loft, which is exactly as described. It's beautifully furnished and filled with very mindfully curated art and design objects. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bed is super comfortable, with really nice pillows and blankets. The location is extremely convenient--right above a hot yoga studio and a 1/2 block away from a free tram ride downtown; it's also close to art museums at the campus of Wayne State University. Lisa is responsive and helpful with any questions. I highly recommend this apartment. Visitors who appreciate interior design and art will especially enjoy this loft rental.

Every year we come up to Downieville, we always choose Bibi and Jeff's place and will continue to do so. Host is pretty responsive and helpful! The property is perfect and situated in the right location for what Downieville has to offer! highly recommend!! will continue to return!!

Joe’s loft was beautifully designed and had a warm, welcoming vibe. The pergola-style divider in the kitchen was a creative touch that brought the outdoors in and added a unique design element. The wood ceiling and flooring gave the space a rich, cozy feel. Everything was clean, spacious, and clearly put together with professional attention to detail. The layout flowed nicely, and the entire place had a calm, glowing energy. Highly recommend!

This place is in the best spot. Walkable to downtown restaurant and shops. The space is great with nice natural light. Parking was not hard as anticipated, was always able to find parking on the same block. Absolutely recommend this location.

Great spot to stay in Effingham. Very clean, comfortable, and attractive space with a friendly host. I stayed for a night with my dog on a long trip, and it was a pleasant space to be in. There happened to be a private event in the bar below the apartment- I do recommend bringing ear plugs in case they are needed for that reason. Regardless, I still had a good night's sleep with ear plugs and the provided sound machine (and I am quite sensitive to sound). I recommend this spot if you stay in Effingham!

Very nice place with good views and close to a lot of restaurants and riverwalk.

My husband and I loved this loft. It’s within walking distance of the Silos and right across the street from the Dr. Pepper museum. The loft was very clean and modern. We had no issues getting checked in and having the covered parking spot was a bonus! The host was also very quick to respond when I asked a question. We will definitely stay here again!

This was perfect for our stay! We were in Baton Rouge for an event at the Canes River Center. It was a quick walk there with many stores and eateries. We loved it! Everything was clean and easy to use. I was a bit worried about the noise that was talked about in other reviews but we didn’t even notice it! It was quiet, comfortable, and everything we needed!

It has an exceptional location, a great place to walk around and explore the fabulous area of Colonia Americana. An excellent view and very good privacy. I'll be happy to return

This was a perfect place for our little family to stay as we explored Nashville! The king bed was the most comfortable! The apartment was quiet & the garage was a great amenity! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful space with amazing decor. Much larger than anticipated so that was added bonus. Walking distance to harbour, great restaurants and cafes. Very clean and excellent communication with the host. I’d definitely stay here again

It is an excellent place. There is security at the entrance and it is a low-risk area. There are many places where you can eat or look for food in the room. There is an ice cream shop nearby🥰.

In general, everything was very good, it is a place with a very good location, it is very complete and For a fairly reasonable price. I recommend it 100%!

The accommodation is excellent, the historic center is an 18-minute walk away, great because you avoid the traffic in the center, I would only recommend changing the mattress, it is still hard, otherwise the services are all great.
