The house was large and accommodated a large group very well. We walked to the beach easily. The pool is beautiful. Thank you for a great stay.

The location was great. The house was clean and spacious enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone had a great time. Steve was a excellent host.

My stay at Jason's was exceptional. Every amenity described and offered was true to the word. Jason's home was peaceful and quiet. The 350 steps away from the incredible beach was the highlight of my stay. A functional and much used kitchen was minutes away from Publix and great restaurants. I can't wait for a return visit.

Location, location, location!! You can’t ask for a better place to experience the paradise of the gulf! Clear water, white sand and you’re literally right there with the amazing view and steps from the water. Bob is an amazing host who reaches out right away to give clear instructions and answer any questions. His recommendations made our vacation absolutely perfect. Place looks just like photos and having the extra 1/2 bath made getting ready a breeze. We cooked there and also ate out, the kitchen is well stocked and pool and hot tub were also very nice! Beds and furniture are cozy. Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic place to stay! Beautifully kept, perfect for our group of 7, private, safe and family friendly area. Easy to get around. Paul and LeeAnna were extremely responsive and flexible. We loved our stay and won’t hesitate to contact them again for our next visit! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Beautifully kept townhome, location is perfect. Love the pool being straight off back porch area. Two out door seating areas and I love the privacy of the barrier between units. Beach is about 5 minute walk and we loved how jasmine had a dog crate there for us to use. We had a wonderful stay and will book again next time we come! There was an issue with noisy neighbors having (also renters not owners) and Yasmine reached out to that owner and helped to resolve the issue.

Amazing view, and an incredible stay! We were fortunate to go during the off-season, so we got to experience the place with the “Winter Texans.” Check-in was smooth, we always felt safe, and we enjoyed that there is on site staff 24-hours a day. The pool is heated, and the hot tub is great! We walked up 20 minutes to go to various restaurants, and even walked to the Southern Wave lunch cruise. We enjoyed all the amenities the place had to offer, and felt right at home. We were able to turn off the A/C and enjoy both patio doors open to a comfortable 68 degrees. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise, and even experienced it sitting on the beach one morning. There is on-site laundry that you can even use a smartphone app to see the status of available machines and time left on your loads. We highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys peace & quiet, and being able to walk to the beach or area restaurants easily!

This place was perfect for a spontaneous night in the keys. We had young kids and needed to stay instead of driving home and check-in was quick and easy. The home was clean and the beds comfortable. The host had a lot of good recommendations and we will definitely be back
