Monthly Rentals in New Washoe City

We had an exceptional stay at this amazing space! The moment we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and peaceful the place was. It felt like a perfect retreat. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the variety of accessories and facilities provided exceeded our expectations. The host, Jackie, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. My kids absolutely loved the space and enjoyed every moment. We are definitely planning to revisit if needed. I strongly recommend this space to anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Look no further!!!!!! This place was impeccably clean and spacious. Totally private and serene. Most comfortable bed ever!!! So hard to find a king on airbnb. This one has that. Soft close toilet seat. Huge tub. I am soooo coming back. Thank you to the very gracious hosts. They let me borrow a phone charger. Their response time is so quick. AWESOME STAY!!!!

We booked 5 nights and it was very nice, the place is very cozy and it is located in a good area, close to the place we visited the most ( Carson Hot Springs ). We traveled with our cat and she also accommodated vary fast in the new home. The bed is extremely comfortable and what I really loved was the porch in front, where you could drink your coffee every morning. Overall, a very pleasant experience! Thank you!
