Comfortable, nicely decorated space. Had everything we needed. Kathleen was very accommodating.

2nd time staying. Room is attached to the house with a garage entrance. They are very chill and just let me come and go. It’s comfy and a nice basement with a small kitchen living room bathroom and bedroom. I stay with my small dog. Thank you both

Perfect landing spot for a quick trip to Colorado Springs. Helen and Bill really thought of everything — the room is well appointed, and I was especially impressed by the kitchen setup.

This is the second time I have had my parents stay at Cutthroat Cove during a large family gathering. Not only is it close to our home but is perfect for them and they love the space! Very comfortable, homey and inviting. We so appreciate such a great place close to our home and feel very welcome by Mary!
