Monthly Rentals in Monument

This was a nice place for a friend visiting from another country. She was able to fix simple evening meals and rest as needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little hide-away! The unit was clean, bright and comfortable for our family. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was perfect. We made multiple meals and never had to worry about a utensil, pot, pan or anything else! Wish we could have enjoyed the deck more, but the weather had different plans. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We loved being able to walk to cafes, the ice cream shop and other places in historic downtown Monument.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Barn Guest Cottage in Monument! The cottage was just as described - cute, clean and cozy! We were surrounded by the peaceful countryside with far off glimpses of the mountains. Monument is close to numerous places to visit - we especially enjoyed our trips into Colorado Springs to visit Focus on the Family, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. And if you’re looking for delicious burgers, make sure to stop in at The Skirted Heifer while you’re in Colorado Springs! Sydney is a wonderful host - easy to contact and helpful answering our questions when looking for a local grocer, etc…. Sydney also provided sweet encouragement when we had unexpected events back home. Thank you, again, Sydney, for sharing your guest cottage and hospitality!

This is the second time I have had my parents stay at Cutthroat Cove during a large family gathering. Not only is it close to our home but is perfect for them and they love the space! Very comfortable, homey and inviting. We so appreciate such a great place close to our home and feel very welcome by Mary!
