The home was so well equipped..comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would want in your kitchen and more! We enjoyed our time there and will be back. Brett’s place changed my opinion of Leadville.

The house was everything we needed and the setting was beautiful! It was even decorated for Christmas. It also had a nice fenced in area for our dogs.

It was an excellent stay!! We had a great time with very clean Spaces!! Alison is incredible, always very kind and attentive to give a quick response!! We enjoyed it too much and will definitely go back!!! All my family was amazed with the organization and cleanlíness. Thank you Alison for all you help!! Blessings!

Great place, if I ever come back to Vail I will definitely try to stay here. It was about 5-10 mins to the main villages/ski resort. The place is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms and living room are all so cozy. Just what we imagined a snowy ski vacation in the woods would be like.

House was in great shape and perfect distance away from the ski slopes to avoid the major crowds while still being close. Also walkable around a great small town with lots to do. Ion also helped us out tremendously and was always extremely responsive to every need we had.

The place was great with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Nice vaulted ceilings and great room fireplace worked well and was cozy. One issue was at the trolley/bus line did not stop outside the door. My friend waited around the corner for 45 minutes and no bus came. We drove to the ice rink daily and then took the free buses from there. The ice was a little treacherous around the house with the freeze thawing . So maybe the maintenance snow /people could’ve have come and salted and sanded more that would’ve been appreciated. I got some from the trail head and spread it out. And my friend tried to drain the driveway, but that didn’t work so well either. Maybe the HOA can improve the drain system. Looks like it should drain between the trees, but it just pools. Maybe an ice pick? Overall, it was very good experience and nobody broke a hip !

We loved our stay here! The cabin was beautiful and located in such a peaceful area. Jay was incredibly helpful and proactive in making sure we found it okay, telling us to use Google maps instead, and even put Christmas lights out on the sign to make it even easier for us. The booklet inside had lots of great recommendations as well. We stayed her to ski at Breck and it was a great location, only a 25-30 minute drive to the hill. Also close to a few small towns where you can get a good bite to eat or grab groceries. absolutely LOVED everything about this place it was a steal.

Took a trip with the family and had a great time here. Nice spot for a cabin around the winter time with the snow. Not far from Breckenridge!

We really enjoyed our stay at the A-frame! Great location for our ski vacation, and plenty of space for 4 adults, 1 baby, and 1 dog. The hot tub was an incredible bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying at the powder pad! We had the most peaceful vacation and were able to enjoy the mountains and enjoy Breckenridge! We will be back soon!

We had an amazing stay at Terry's log cabin! He went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially considering we were in a bit of a bind after another host canceled on us last minute. Terry was super responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The cabin itself was beautiful — cozy and spacious, with incredible mountain views that were simply unmatched. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing , and the starry night sky was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. The location was fantastic too. Breckenridge Mountain was only a short 15-minute drive away, which made getting to the slopes super easy. I can’t recommend this place enough — Terry made sure our stay was as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. Will definitely be back!

Erin & Jim's cozy creekside cabin was the perfect getaway from the city last weekend. Tucked away on a private spot countryside, it felt like our own lil winter wonderland. The cabin itself was clean and unique with comfy beds and couches, a quaint kitchen, great lighting, two options for making coffee (we went the french press route) and a wood burning fireplace made us and our dog feel warm to the core. Only around 12 minutes from Breckenridge's Peak 8, we were able to get to the gondola in no time and had such a lovely and cozy place to return to at the end of the day. Erin & Jim were also responsive and friendly, before and during our stay. You can tell they love their cabin and enjoy sharing their lil secret with the world. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful time here. Relaxed in the hot tub every night, kids loved building with the Jenga game blocks, and they had fun on the sleds. There are a couple of tables and a lamp in the living room that aren’t so toddler/baby friendly, but you can move them out of the way. They had a little chair for the baby which was great since my daughter forgot to bring theirs. Plenty of towels for the hot tub and bathing, so no need to bring your own.

We absolutely loved this beautiful property! It was clean, modern, well stocked, and well styled. It was spacious and cozy with epic views and a level of privacy you can't find in the city. The host was so pleasant with great communication throughout. Can't wait to visit again!

Good spot for skiing Copper - easy access to the lifts and amenities in Center Village, short walk from the Summit Stage bus stop for those not bringing a car. Has everything you'd expect in a hotel room, albeit a bit cramped - coffee maker (a starter pack of coffee was included), mini fridge, microwave, a couple of plates/bowls/mugs, a desk to work at, and a full bathroom.

Staying here was an excellent experience. Easy to get in and incredibly convenient access to the mountain. We made first chair every morning and were able to take lunch breaks without missing a beat. Would stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking to maximize their ski time.
