Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Monte San Pietro

Franca and Mario are extremely sweet, friendly, helpful, proactive, and overall wonderful hosts! Their apartment is beautifully laid out, with everything you could want or need (including a washer cum dryer) in a most spacious space. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is perfect; directly across the road from the train station, while being walkable to all the sights. We thank them for all the great recommendations that Franca patiently provided (for various sights, their favorite restaurants, etc), and we look forward to staying with them again next time we visit Bologna.

Welcoming house, clean and cared for in detail, very convenient to reach the Sant' Orsola hospital (which is served by me) but also convenient to visit the city center. Friendly and helpful host. If I had to go back to Bologna, I would definitely choose to go back to Casa Pepe

Your tip on where to eat was perfect, and undoubtedly dinner at a local restaurant and frequented only by Italians away from sights was one of the highlights of our trip. Given that we booked and the next day we were at the property practically Piergiuseppe is a friendly and very friendly person, kind and caring. Ready to answer questions of various kinds about the surroundings, the place is gorgeous. Unfortunately, it is a season of insects looking for heat and something can escape any espresso machine. On the other hand, a moka is not present in the fireplace because they had to remove it. We had a very good time if we have the opportunity, maybe we will come back in a more appropriate season. We also wanted to thank Piergiuseppe for all the exquisite carineries, which he brought us every morning. Great location for those who have pets without any discrimination thanks Piergiuseppe. We hope to see you again soon.

Alessandro and his wife were excellent hosts! Alessandro was expecting us and helped us arrive at the house and he gave us useful instructions about the area! He was very friendly and communicative and made our stay very nice. The place itself is a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. The yard was ideal for our dogs! Thank you Alessandro!

Elena was very kind and helpful. The villa is very nice, in nature and quiet. The rooms are plenty of space and very comfortable in two bathrooms for a group of friends. She also left us several proposals for breakfast, we had a great time.

I had a fantastic stay at Nicola’s place! The location is perfect—within walking distance to key attractions like the Enzo Ferrari Museum, the central market, and excellent shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was peaceful, spotless, and equipped with a full kitchen, which was great for preparing meals. The check-in process was seamless with Wi-Fi access, and Nicola was an incredibly responsive host, providing thoughtful recommendations that made my trip even better. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed one night, the very cozy house in Tuscan style '80s is in the heart of the small village of Lanciole, we wanted peace and we found it. A lovely place, we immediately felt at home, the courtesy and kindness of Mrs. Silvia and her very unique daughter. We will definitely be back

Apartment in the station area, very easy to get to and easy to find and quite close to the center. Very spacious rooms, two bathrooms perfect even for larger groups of friends and a kitchen equipped with every comfort. Carlotta has always been very responsive and always very professional and helpful, just like her collaborators. Recommended!

Clean and accurate home. Extremely central area

This was my third Airbnb on this Italy trip. It was by far the best. I wish I could give 10 stars. Starting with a superb host whose communication could not have been better from day one. The beautiful apartment with hardwood floors, fresco ceilings, modern kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, pillows, sheets, a tray of fresh fruit and a fridge with drinks and yogurt, coffee and teas, cookies, and breakfast toast with honey and jams. A short walk to the Imola racing circuit. Excellent pastries, and cappuccino directly across the street. Shopping a few steps away. And restaurants literally a short walk, including the fantastic Sam Domenico, a Michelin two star restaurant. I’ve never walked to a Michelin restaurant in my life directly from home. I simply don’t have the words describe how happy I was with everything related to this apartment.I hope to return and stay even longer. I highly recommend renting this apartment unless, of course, I want to. Near perfection.

Antonio is a great host that is very responsive and accommodating! He greeted us personally and thoroughly explained the workarounds of the unit, while also giving us great list of restaurant recommendations. It had everything we needed from a washer to dryer, working internet and tv. The Airbnb was within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

This apartment was immaculate and lovely in every way. New appliances and fittings made for a very comfortable 2 week stay. It's located in the heart of the city so it was easy to get to everything necessary without feeling like you're in a busy area. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and everything else you could want were located nearby. The host was extremely helpful and responsive with a few requests I made. I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again if I return to Bologna. Brilliant apartment and very safe.

great spot and bigger than expected. location was great - close to the center but not crowded. street level had some noise at night a couple times, but it’s in the city, and should be expected. small hot water heater, but typical for Europe, again to be expected. we didn’t have a car, so no comment on the garage.
