Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Monte San Pietro

Given that we booked and the next day we were at the property practically Piergiuseppe is a friendly and very friendly person, kind and caring. Ready to answer questions of various kinds about the surroundings, the place is gorgeous. Unfortunately, it is a season of insects looking for heat and something can escape any espresso machine. On the other hand, a moka is not present in the fireplace because they had to remove it. We had a very good time if we have the opportunity, maybe we will come back in a more appropriate season. We also wanted to thank Piergiuseppe for all the exquisite carineries, which he brought us every morning. Great location for those who have pets without any discrimination thanks Piergiuseppe. My stay at Andrea in Sestola was nothing short of spectacular. The stylish design of the house, combined with its top-notch amenities, has made the experience truly relaxing and enjoyable. Andrea was attentive and courteous and met all my questions , ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Thanks to its convenient location, you can get around easily . LHost also gave us directions to the restaurants in the area to taste the local delicacies. Recommended for those who want to get away from the daily routine and spend pleasant moments in the name of relaxation . Thanks again Andrea, we will definitely see you again very soon.

Wonderful time in Calamecca! Authentic experience in a small village with the friendliest locals. Fabrizio's house was perfect, it was clean, stylish, and cozy, it felt like entering a fairy-tale.

Lara is a kind and helpful host. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surroundings and the space around the house are amazing. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets over dinner right by the pool will remain unforgettable. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but in a great location. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

This house was incredible and Federica was a great host. It was very comfortable and well located for a variety of activities. It served as a great home base during our visit to the area. It gave us an opportunity to live like Modenese royalty and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Great stay, it was just what we wanted quiet, away from the fires of the last year, close to the cities we wanted to visit. Martina is kind and helpful and we are completely autonomous. We will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Lucca Comics 2024. Compared to Lucca, decidedly outside, but the house was beautiful and an extremely quiet location, super kind host (he also gave us parking tips for Lucca) and a very clean house. Great value for money, the important thing is that like us you don't mind driving a bit to get to Lucca if that's where you want to go!

This apartment was so much better than we expected. The host went above and beyond doing some research into a venue for dinner on New Year’s Eve. The apartment is very large and easily fit the 3 couples we were travelling with. Without a doubt would stay here again

Really good size for a family of 5. Big living room and bedrooms. Close to the city centre (less than 10 min walk). Appreciated the lift to the apartment. Loved having a good coffee shop over the road.

We had a lovely stay. It was very cozy. Very secluded, peaceful and exotic place. If you want to disconnect a little from the world, this is the place. The people of the village are very nice.

The villa was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. We loved the full kitchen. Riccardo made sure to greet us and show us around the villa. The pool was amazing, but above all, they were incredibly helpful and communicative. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Highly recommended—will definitely be back again!

Amazing hosts and super private house with everything needed for an amazing stay. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking as well. It’s placed in an amazing landscape- but you do need good driving skills to get there (non-paved) road through the wood. After the challenging road your stay is as private as it gets. No neighbors around anywhere!! Everything was absolutely wonderful, we would definitely come back. Thank you very much:)

Lisa’s house is extraordinary. It was perfect for our little group. The people in town were so welcoming and the surrounding area is beautiful. We hired Rosa to cook for us one evening and it was a trip highlight. We would all like to come back!

The house was large and lovingly cozily furnished with great huge garden. For us, it was a good base for exploring Italy in this area. Gianna and John were very attentive and super warm-hearted hosts who also surprised us with a bottle of wine. We were very pleased and would highly recommend this place.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday.
