Vacation rentals with breakfast in Monte San Pietro

A cozy, clean and comfortable house. The dimensions of the parking lot are exactly as described. My car didn't fit by 5 cm, but I had no trouble finding a solution. Elisa prepares everything very detailed for her guests. If we ever visit Bologna, Elisa's place will be the first place I will look for.

Elena was very nice and helpful. The villa is very nice, in the quiet nature reserve. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable in two bathrooms for a group of friends. She also left us several options for breakfast, we had a great time.

Andrea gave us a very personal and beautiful welcome. The apartment was atmospherically lit with candles, homemade baked goods on the table, a full breakfast buffet - what more could you ask for? We received many tips for excursions and activities after we told them about our plans. We felt right at home.

If the place is available, simply book it—you won’t regret it! The area is peaceful and beautiful, and the property is superbly clean and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, there’s a fantastic espresso coffee machine, the beds are comfortable, and even wireless chargers are provided for phones. Breakfast was exceptional—it was unreal to wake up to freshly baked bread and vegetables from the garden. All in all, you won’t regret staying here!

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

We spent three days at Laura and Patrizia's place in Ferrara. They were very welcoming and extremely responsive. The apartment is located in the old town within walking distance of all the attractions. The apartment is well equipped very cosy, absolutely spotless and with a lovely outdoor space. Highly recommended!

Mr. Guido is really a super host! Very kind and helpful right away, as soon as we arrived he welcomed us in person and gave us all the information about the accommodation. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and we found impeccable cleanliness. The kitchen is fully equipped and the refrigerator is super stocked with everything you need for breakfast. There is private parking, the area is very quiet and well served by buses, supermarket, pizzeria bars, restaurants, tobacconists, shops. However, in half an hour on foot you can easily reach the center of Bologna. It was really nice to stay in this B&B, we had a great time. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!

Very convenient location for the Fair, reachable on foot in 9 minutes, with paid parking nearby and a convenient bar below the house. The sofa bed was unique, which was very uncomfortable (you could hear the bars of the structure under the mattress). Bed and sofa bed are in the same room.

all in all great especially if you have a car. fully equipped apartment clean, good kitchen good for family. liked the place i recommend providing shampoo and shower Gell. also washing detergent for the washing machine otherwise great thank you

We were warmly welcomed by Giorgio and he showed us around. We felt very welcome and at home. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building that is used by his family. The bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable beds and blackout options. There is also a combined kitchen and living room and a bathroom with natural light. Everything was very clean, cozy and quiet. The garden is also great, where you can relax or play table tennis, there are also playground equipment (swing, etc.) for younger children. From the apartment you can quickly reach cafes, a pizzeria or even the city - we were able to do everything on foot. Giorgio also gave us recommendations for various restaurants or places of interest in Bologna. We really enjoyed our stay at Giorgio's place and definitely recommend it👍🏻

Laura's place was a unique experience. We were given a room with a beautiful view of the valley in an old house on the hill. The entrance to the mountain and the view is breathtaking. Laura prepares delicious breakfasts with her own preserves and breads. She herself is happy to provide any help in several languages. The place is an ideal starting point if you have a rental car or come by your own. We hope to come back here.

Cristina is really kind and helpful and the room was super comfy and clean. The house is close to the airport, so it's very convenient to walk there. If I visit Bologna again, I'll surely come back! :)

The old building itself in the old town was beautiful, and the interior was very good, with a sense of familiarity.If you have any problems, they will respond immediately.I caught a terrible cold, especially on the last day, but they accompanied me to a local pharmacy, and after check-out, they noticed I wasn't feeling well and made me rest.We had a relaxing time, including conversations over breakfast.I would like to stay again.

If you want to experience something very special, then do not hesitate to book a stay at La Forestaria. We felt like we were in the movie Under the Tuscan Sun. We enjoyed the peaceful location. It feels very secluded and is a great place to recharge. If you are not confident in driving on tight roads then you might want to consider using a taxi service to get to the stay.

This place is a hidden GEM in Italy. The breakfast every morning was fabulous, it even got my son who is four eating eggs again bc he saw the chickens on property! The hosts were so lovely and we wouldn’t recommend it more. It will forever be a special memory and we would love to visit again one day

Ilaria was a really caring Host and always looked After everything, so that all was well. The Flat was located next to the City Centre - really Good for us. Also the Option to have a well prepared breakfast was nice. A real 10/10 🤗
