Vacation rentals with a kayak in Michigan

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great privacy, cozy house and we loved the amenities of the fire pit and paddle boat. It was perfect for bringing our little one too, with a crib and toys available! We should have brought binoculars for all the cool birds and ducks we saw. There were even swans on the lake! I wish we could have stayed longer. The nearby town of Holly looks like it came straight out of a hallmark movie! It was so cute and had really amazing antique stores as well as some really great little restaurants we were able to try. I would move to this area in a second if I could!

Taylor and Jeremy's place was perfect for a quiet getaway. We loved sitting on the deck in the evening after exploring and/or napping during the day. Mornings were best to kayak. Sister Lakes Brewing for good beer, great candy at Caruso's, supper club ambience at Timberline Inn.

Girls weekend at Van Etten Lake. House is adorable with plenty of amenities. The back deck is as where we spent most of our time. Large and comfy. We had a bonfire one night (thanks for leaving us some wood - it’s hard to gather on motorcycles ;)). Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. We had a beach day in Oscoda and we want to come back! Found some nice spots for dinners. The weekend was over way too soon! Thanks for a great spot!

The cabin was very cozy and the decor was perfect for it! The location was great and easy to find. The view of the lake was beautiful and the kayaks are a wonderful summer activity. There were some really good places to go a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay:)

We stayed at Dan and Twyla's for an ice fishing trip to portage lake. Plenty of space and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We had a hiccup with the code but she answered the phone and we were able to get the correct code. Place was clean and was perfect for 8. We had a relaxing time and good place to lay out heads after a full day of skiing.

Erin’s place was beautiful. The water was so clear! Beds were super comfortable, and area was nice and quiet.

This lakehouse was a dream. The private dock attached to the huge balcony made for some amazing morning coffee. Better than. I could've hoped!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Crystal's place. It was charming and quaint just like the photos in the listing. We enjoyed walking by the lake in the morning which is super close to the cottage. The location is close to bike trails that we enjoyed as well as downtown Grand Haven and Spring Lake. The perfect place for a Michigan Fall weekend getaway!

This lakeside cabin is an idyllic vacation getaway for couples. It took some trial and error to able to use the listed appliances, but we managed to find a proper routine for using them. The hammock is set up in the perfect place under the trees. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous. And, best of all, bubble wands. (Probably more intended for family use, but blowing bubbles is the ultimate way to relax.) 10 out of 10. Would booked again. Jessica is an amazing host. There were so many extras. We loved the kayaks and canoe that they were kind enough to let us use. Spent most of our day in the water. Very clear water. Kid friendly. A zillion stars at night and coffee with the pretty Sunrise. We were ages 3 to 64 and all had a blast. We never wanted to leave. Fast response to questions. Easy check in. Easy to find. Clean. Had everything you need to cook. Many fun places near to explore. We even fished for Salmon. We highly recommend and would love to come back. You will not be sorry if you stay. Thank you Thank you

He was the best host and I really enjoyed my stay. he was very responsive and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I love this place! The view and game room was awesome. I can't wait to come back.

One of, if not the cleanest Airbnb we’ve been to. Everything was ready/easily accessible in the home, didn’t have to worry about missing/going out for anything. Area was really quiet and peaceful, however the bedrooms were close to/facing the road where the occasional car could be heard (1-2 cars per night). Overall had a great time staying here, would definitely recommend and possibly rebook in the future.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Owl and Anchor cottage on Lake George. The cottage was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, our kids loved the lake, and the value was exceptional for the price. We definitely plan on returning!

Perfect spot for a weekend get away in northern Michigan.

My sister and I had a peaceful long weekend at Fish Tales. It was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. It was fun to take the kayaks out and just RELAX. The cottage was a short drive to the swim race location at Half Moon lake that we were visiting for. If you are looking for a peaceful spot with beautiful views this is for you,

I booked this cabin for a weekend getaway for my husband and I as part of my Christmas present to him/us. The place was lovely, though I wasn't a fan of the shower. The view was phenomenal and the hot tub was so perfect in the cold weather. The fireplace inside was gorgeous. My husband and I had the best weekend.

This was our second stay at Russ’ and Jade’s. If you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet place in nature..this is it! The cabin is very inviting and clean, and the view of the river is beautiful. We appreciated the immediate response from the hosts when needed. It’s a great place.

Convenient to little sand lake. The lake was frozen over while we were there. Was exactly what we were looking for.
