Vacation rentals with a patio in Masonboro Island

Great place to stay while exploring the area! Hosts were friendly and kind and area was nice.

I stayed here with my mom and son, the view is amazing! We got to see dolphins while sitting on the patio. The sunsets and sunrises are picture perfect from the bedroom window and patio. When I had questions Wendy was very responsive. The place was clean and organized. Overall we enjoyed our stay, no complaints and we would definitely book again!

Location, location, location!! We loved Megan’s place! We stayed for 4 nights with our dog and we were in walking distance of so many great restaurants and a 20 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach! I also thought her place was much bigger in person than the pictures portrayed. We will definitely be sure to book Megan’s place again when we make our way back to Wilmington!

Stayed the weekend at the loft and was not disappointed. Everything was great and as shown in the listing. Other than the loud neighbors and their dog, everything was perfect. Wish we chose to stay longer :)

I am not a fan of old houses in general, but I gotta say this was an awesome place. Antique-ish with modern touches (loved all the charging supports). Everything was thoughtful and super clean. My partner LOVED it. We even cooked dinner one night just to stay in and enjoy it. Will come back again and next time use the screened in porch.

This was exactly what was described!! Perfect place for a getaway with your significant other. If you have small kids may be loud out times because of being in the middle of downtown but for us we don’t mind it as it was the night life we were looking for. The place was spectacular!!! Walking distance to all the attractions. Shopping, food, bars, even ice cream across the street. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in downtown!!

Super cozy and charming spot in Southport! Information in the description was thorough and spot on. Great outdoor spaces to enjoy a coffee on the front porch or relax out back by the fire pit. Comfy beds and all the amenities. Great to have washer and dryer on site as well. Close to everything whether walking or by bicycle. Amy is a fantastic and responsive host. Would recommend and stay again.

We had a wonderful time in this home. the house met all of our needs. Everything was perfect and as described on the listing page. Marshall was easy to stay in touch with and was very flexible with our check in and out time. Very nice home, will stay there again whenever I come to town .

Todd's place was just right for our visit to Wilmington. We were there to help our daughter and son-in-law move into their new home, so the location close to Leland was perfect. We were able to come back each night and relax, the use of the hot tub was an added bonus. Todd was friendly and his home was also very dog friendly!

We loved our stay at the Pelican’s Nest and having Stacey as our host! The house was a great place to relax and feel right at home. We appreciate Stacey being very communicative and making sure our trip was going well! Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! Close to the UNCW campus and a quick drive to the beach.

This is our second stay at Tara’s place. This is the perfect place for a large group. The three separate floors allows for privacy, yet intermingling as well. The balconies are wonderful and cozy, the kitchens are stocked, and the beds are comfy. The location cannot be any better in the Wilmington area. A quick walk to theriverfront and restaurants. Tara is always extremely responsive and helpful. We will certainly be back next year!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. Stayed at Margaret's and Timo's place for 5 weeks. The home matched the pictures and was very comfortable. As the weather warmed up in March, enjoyed spending time on both the front and back porch/deck. Good location near downtown and the surrounding beach towns. Hosts were responsive and answered all my questions.

Andrew's beach-side getaway was perfect for a mostly impromptu trip away from home. He was super responsive and took great care of us. Awesome view from the balcony and access to a beach that was perfect for the dog.

Not only are we thrilled with the condo and it’s location, Chad is an absolutely top notch host. Airbnb could and should use him to train hosts. He is amazing. It is clear that he loves what he does. Chad not only made sure we had everything we needed, but added so many little touches that made our stay even more incredible. The ocean view is a little disrupted by some necessary erosion control, but the beach is quite literally steps from the condo door and the sound of the ocean is amazing. The beach is beautiful, especially the coquina outcropping. It’s a short drive (or even walkable) to the aquarium and fort, and so many things to do within a 30 minute drive or less. Wonderful stay!!!!!

With little notice of my booking due to an emergency Tina was responsive and caring and I was able to check in quickly and without issue. When I had to unexpectedly extend my stay it was a blessing to have this part of trip handled so efficiently so I could concentrate on my family. In addition the condo was exactly as described and was perfect for my stay. Bonus points for the most comfortable bed and caring hostess! Thanks Tina!

Denise was so helpful for our last minute trip to Carolina beach. This cute place was perfect for me and my fiance to get away just for the weekend. She was very responsive to us with all of our questions and provided great recommendations of places to eat in the area! We definitely will be back for another weekend trip this summer!

Emily and chase were great! Super responsive and easy to work with. The condo was super close to the beach and just what we needed for the weekend!

New favorite downtown spot! Amazing location with great river views and in the heart of restaurants/ nightlife. The space has been tastefully renovated and has everything needed. Beds are super comfortable and back deck is a great place to relax. Host Cam was very helpful and I would recommend for anyone coming to town for a fun getaway!

We had a wonderful experience and have already encouraged others to visit. Highly recommended.
