Monthly Rentals in Manteo

Nancy was a fabulous host always providing recommendations and helpful tidbits. The house was clean and well stocked. Her check in process was smooth and easy. Checking out was very reasonable as Nancy simply required that her guests be respectful and return the home to a respectful condition. She didn’t demand that we turn into a cleaning crew and deep clean the space. The driveway was able to accommodate one economy sized car, two small sedans, and one full size SUV (we pulled in very close together) without parking on any grass, as she requested. Our party of six all agreed that we would rent Nancy’s place again. Thank you, Nancy!

Stellar location, clean space and great experience. The hosts were extremely accommodating and the space was very private considering it was attached to their home. If you come across this listing, definitely book!! You will be pleased

Absolutely loved our stay. The small studio was just right for my husband and myself. Very clean and adequate. The bed was so comfy- and we’re picky. We used the grill and the toaster oven. If you plan to do much “cooking”, you might want to bring a good knife or extra utensils. But it was just right for us. Loved the covered porch area. Especially enjoyed the area! We rode our bikes along the sound to the Wright Bros. Monument. My husband rode his bike every morning and saw the sunrise a couple of days. We saw the sunset every night just down the street at a public sound access. Definitely check out Ashley’s Coffee parlor just a couple of blocks away (hate I didn’t find this sooner!) and “I Got Your Crabs” for excellent steamed oysters and shrimp! Would love to come back!

This was our second time staying at The Perch and it was just as perfect as the first time! Yess is an incredible host and her place is gorgeous. If you’re looking for a beautiful, scenic, peaceful place that is also still close to the things to in Manteo and on the sea side - this is it! We can’t wait to visit again!
