Great, well-kept, modern & very private apartment in quiet surroundings in the middle of green nature. Well-maintained & beautiful pool. Monkeys, squirrels and birds can be watched from the terrace. Beaches, restaurants & supermarkets in Santa Teresa can be reached in a few minutes by car. What to note: There are some stairs up to the apartment, but great views of nature with some sea views. In our opinion, a vehicle is required for mobility. If you want to cook for yourself, bring vinegar, oil and spices. Soap, cleaning detergent, detergent are provided. Matan is a very friendly host, who is always available and responds extremely quickly to messages. Thank you Matan for making it possible for us to move into the apartment before the agreed time. We really appreciated that.

Quite possibly the best Airbnb experience I’ll ever have. The location was beautiful but very private. We had coffee on the deck overlooking the gorgeous flora and ocean every morning. Karen is certainly the best host I’ve had. She went above and beyond - met us with chilled wine and fresh fruit when we arrived. She helped us organize a personal chef (Mario & Fatima were outstanding!) and helped us set up a bioluminescence tour with snorkeling and beach picnic that was amazing. Additionally, she helped us set up ATV rental and Karen aaa easily available to answer any questions or help us along the way. She checked-in daily but was never intrusive. She’s just phenomenal and a tremendous asset to the experience - especially for someone who has never been to the area. Overall, clean and pristine villa with so many amenities - view, pool, indoor/outdoor shower, kitchen, comfy bed. But Karen really set the experience over the top! I can’t wait to go back!

Lovely location in a little neighborhood. Monkeys would typically be found daily roaming around in the trees, can hear the ocean waves, especially at night, lovely neighbors. Easy to get to the local beaches with a couple of nice food and drink options nearby. Pamela was incredibly responsive if anything came up which was wonderful and gave great recommendations.

We spent a few quiet and refreshing days at Jennifer’s Casita, and it was a wonderful experience. The breathtaking view and well-equipped space made it the perfect spot to relax and disconnect. Jennifer and Anthony were attentive and responsive to our needs. We even had an unexpected adventure, and they went above and beyond to assist us, turning it into a memorable and unique part of our trip. Their hospitality made all the difference!
