Monthly Rentals in Maho Bay

The location is wonderful, surrounded by vegetation, birds, and wildlife. The view is nice. Very peaceful, yet just a short drive to Coral Bay, which is a pretty quiet town but had everything we needed. The apartment is cozy, but very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots and utensils, the fridge and stove were just right, the bed is comfortable, everything worked well in the bathroom, and the terrace was a pleasant place to sit. The driveway is steep, but we had no problems.

This place was very secluded and private. Went to bed every night listening to the tree frogs and woke up to the birds. No noisy neighbors. Outdoor shower was a seller for us. Getting clean while enjoying the view of the valley=top notch. Amber was an unbelievable host. She was extremely proactive in telling us how to find the house and what was involved in the stay. She was great for local and Cruz Bay recommendations on restaurants, bars, and beaches. Stayed in quite a few AirBnB's and have never had a host that was as eager to make sure we had a great stay. If we come back to St Johns, I will not stay anywhere else.

PERFECT. This little gem is even better in person than the listing. Shannon (co-host) makes you feel immediately at home. She even texted us when the WiFi went out on the island in case we needed any help/resources (which we did not need because St. John is for unplugging!). We ate almost every meal on the private deck and watched the boats moored in the bay. You can hear the donkeys and roosters wish you a good morning over coffee. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bathroom is huge! Bed was comfortable and the sheets fresh and clean. Go enjoy the island all day and then come back here for peace and quiet. We’re already planning next year!
