House vacation rentals in Lutsen

Anna responded quickly all weekend. The hot tub was amazing. It was so relaxing. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Anna left some popcorn and face masks for us to enjoy complementary during our stay. The place was a lot bigger and more open/spread out than I was thinking which was amazing and perfect for our family weekend away! We will definitely book here again if we are ever back in town!

Diane let us get unloaded and moved in. Then she stopped over to see if there was anything else we needed. She also texted the following day to see if we needed anything. We even invited her in for a beer. On check out day we had an person that ended up in the emergency room. Diane said we could postpone check out if it helped us out. She was very nice and helpful.. We will be coming back again! Both Diane and the place were wonderful.

Carli’s place was so pretty! Beautiful wooded backyard with privacy yet very close to downtown Duluth. The home was pristine clean which is a huge thing for us and it was fully stocked with the basics. They didn’t skimp on any details! In addition, she responded very quickly with all communication. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Easy check-in. David’s place was impressively clean which I appreciate the most! Only thing we struggled with was the beds are far firmer than necessary. But honestly that was the only gripe any of us 4 couples had. We had a great time here, the game/bar area was such a great area for our group. A big part of our stay was brewery hopping in Duluth which was very close and convenient to get to. I would definitely recommend this place.

Awesome to stay in a remote seeming location while still being in Duluth. The hot tub was clean and not overly chemically. The heated concrete flooring made the whole place very comfortable, especially considering the weather! Bet it is great in the summer too, especially with being able to open up the space.

Home was beautiful and the perfect getaway. It was exactly how described and much more. The cozy cabin made you feel right at home and the views and scenery were breathtaking. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing couples getaway or a family trip.

We had a great stay at the chalet. It was clean and bright with lots of extra touches! There is a lot to do in the rental with games and an entire activities room along with the hot tub. The kitchen and coffee bar had everything we needed! And the location is within driving distance of everything the south shore has to offer.

This is our second time staying at one of Shayla’s places at this resort. Great location, spacious, well appointed and met our needs for central hub traveling up and down the shore. Lovely deck, too. Our kid loves the indoor & outdoor pools! Shayla is very responsive.

We had a great long weekend here. We had 11 people so the 3 levels of sleeping was perfect. Plenty of room for dining, games and hanging out. The kitchen was fully stocked. The Ski in and ski out and ski lockers are very convenient. Everything was as described. Highly recommend. Peter was very available to help or answer questions.

This is our 2nd year at hibernation house . We came for a long weekend of skiing. The house has all the essentials, and awesome location to ski in and ski out to the local Lutsen Mountains. Peter left great tips on getting in and out to the ski lift and hills. Thanks for letting our families stay at your house!

We loved our holiday skiing stay! We had two families, nine people - 4 adults and 5 young adults. The ski in/ out access was great and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out in the great room. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we cooked all our meals in! There is only seating for 7 at the table, but we moved a couple counter stools to the table so we could all sit there. We had some issues with the heat in the upstairs bedroom (too hot) but Shayla was responsive and helped us trouble shoot. We would stay here again!

Great communication throughout. House was clean and comfortable. Grilled dinners were yummy. Alpine slide was a hit! Pool was nice…air was cold🙂. Had planned on utilizing the fire pit but it rained. Thank you for a great stay. Another awesome White Family Adventure in the books! Georgene White

It was a great, cozy place for my family of four (wife and two daughters, ages 14 & 12). Even though the place is not big, having two bathrooms was huge. If anything, the description may have undersold how close it is to the ski hill. Truly just a very short walk through the parking lot, and you're strapping your skis on! The pool is located in the building, too, which is a huge plus as walking outside to get to the pool or hot tub can be a bone-chilling experience. All in all, a great condo, location, and experience for my family's mini ski vacation. We hope to be back!

This place is everything you could want in an Airbnb—clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing between adventures. The neighborhood is peaceful, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The home is well-stocked with everything needed to cook a couple of meals, and the master bath shower is amazing—a perfect way to refresh after a long day. It's also a short drive to Ely, which made it super convenient since most of our trip was planned around that area. We've stayed here a few times now, and the hosts are always incredibly organized and thoughtful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming home base. The space was beautiful, clean and bright. The layout was amazing, allowing us to each have space to relax yet great spaces for us to gather. The views of the lake were amazing, the heat of the sun shining through the windows felt spectacular in the winter. The house was definitely pet friendly! It was so convenient to the Grand Marais, the Gunflint Trail and great hiking. It was an amazing stay!

We had a fantastic stay at The Lookout. What a gorgeous view of Lake Superior. The home is tucked away in a very private neighborhood that was so quiet. We loved waking every morning to beautiful birdsongs and coffee in “the Tower” looking over the lake. We were looking for a great place to decompress for a few days and the Lookout was perfect! The kitchen is well equipped and the place was spotless.

Loved the screen porch and the guest cottage was charming! Great location just a few minutes from Bayfield. Nice walking trails to a beautiful beach and the lake front where you can watch the boats drift by!

What a beautiful property! Indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful, accessible, and set up in such a welcoming way. The house is beautifully appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. We had a small group, but this could host a large group really comfortably, and we hope to come back for a larger family gathering this fall. Nice kitchen to work in, great gathering spaces, and also plenty of room to spread out for privacy.

This was an excellent, clean, and well stocked rental that exceeded our expectations. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

The host was very flexible with check in and she was very responsive. If you plan on skiing at Spirit mountain or any other places up north, this location is perfect.
