House vacation rentals in Lutsen

Overall positive experience. We loved that the pool and hot tub were in the same building. I skied most of the time and it was nice to come back to the room and start a fire. The condo was clean and everything worked as it should.

We enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed the welcome pack of treats and the nice note welcoming us on our arrival. Adding a clothes dryer would be a nice extra touch for the future.

We loved the place and Peter is an excellent host. He provided very detailed instructions prior to, during, and after our trip. The house was as advertised, clean, and provided ample space for a large group (13). Awesome location to Lutsen Mountains with true ski in / ski out access. The community space with pool, hot tub, and ping pong was great as well!

Check-in was easy. Beds were comfortable. Easy ski-in/ski-out (our 4 yr old could ski the path). You do need to drive to the pool, but worth it. We will stay here again. Had a great time at Lutsen!

We loved our holiday skiing stay! We had two families, nine people - 4 adults and 5 young adults. The ski in/ out access was great and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out in the great room. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we cooked all our meals in! There is only seating for 7 at the table, but we moved a couple counter stools to the table so we could all sit there. We had some issues with the heat in the upstairs bedroom (too hot) but Shayla was responsive and helped us trouble shoot. We would stay here again!

The kitchen was fantastic. Lots of appliances and space for perishabkes. Keirc, Espresso machine and drip coffee makers. The hot tub was well maintained and easy to use. TVs in almost every room. Great private lot on Lake. Would love to come back in the summer. Lisa was super fast in responding to anything but we really didn't need any questions answered during our stay. Will go back again.

We had a wonderful stay. The end unit is great for a beautiful view! The location is amazing to Ski in/Ski out! Very cozy with the fireplace. Love the large deck. Jesse and Dean were very helpful and quick to respond with my questions. Thank you for allowing my furry kids to join us!! It was really fun!!!!

What a perfect condo! So comfy and beautifully decorated. We love our Lutsen mountain vacations and this location can’t be beat. The ski in/ski out could not be more convenient! Nice little deck to sit and relax and enjoy a little après ski time. Mountain views and quick access to pool and hot tub! We definitely will be back.

We had a wonderful few days of hiking and exploring from Jerri’s place with our college-aged daughter and our dog. This was such a cute and comfortable bungalow and the homemade muffins and cinnamon rolls were a nice touch. Jerri was super responsive to questions and offered several recommendations for things to do and places to eat that we enjoyed.

We had a fantastic stay at The Lookout. What a gorgeous view of Lake Superior. The home is tucked away in a very private neighborhood that was so quiet. We loved waking every morning to beautiful birdsongs and coffee in “the Tower” looking over the lake. We were looking for a great place to decompress for a few days and the Lookout was perfect! The kitchen is well equipped and the place was spotless.

Pete and Tanya were very helpful for our stay. It was supposed to be a snowmobile trip but the weather quickly took a turn. They were very helpful in letting us know the conditions and suggested alternatives.

This is the third time we have stayed at this house and we will continue to stay here once or twice a year. Amanda is a great host.

When they say this is the most centrally located place on air bnb in Duluth, they ain't lyin'. This place was close to everywhere we wanted to be. The house was spacious, had plenty of charm, the hosts were responsive and helpful.

Exactly as listed. Everything was as expected. Amy provided very clear instructions and rules. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood which was exactly what we needed with a full weekend.

Super cute little house in a great location. Everything was so clean, kitchen was well stocked with extras like tea, coffee and granola bars. Would definitely stay here again!

House is exactly as pictured and described! Easy to find anything you need, and super clean. The hot tub was PERFECT! Feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere with beautiful scenery, but you’re still minutes away from great restaurants and shopping!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at The Birch House! We had another fantastic stay at The Birch House by Nichole & Steffan! This place is everything you could want in an Airbnb—clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing between adventures. The neighborhood is peaceful, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The home is well-stocked with everything needed to cook a couple of meals, and the master bath shower is amazing—a perfect way to refresh after a long day. It's also a short drive to Ely, which made it super convenient since most of our trip was planned around that area. We've stayed here a few times now, and the hosts are always incredibly organized and thoughtful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming home base. Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The house was perfect for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 teenagers). We especially enjoyed the kayaks, fire pit, frisbee, and the chess table.

My partner and I stayed at Monika’s quaint little cabin for a getaway to go cross country and downhill skiing last minute. The cabin was super cute and we loved the community cleaning aspect of it! The view of the river is spectacular from every window and we saw Red Polls and nuthatches even in the cold! The location is very private and tucked back. We loved the sauna and it heated up fairly quickly. The bed was super comfortable and had a great view from the A-frame window. Overall, a perfect spot to cozy up after long days skiing. We would love to return in the summer to see river when it’s melted and the trees are green.

The place was comfy cozy and peaceful. The Northern lights were incredible right from the deck!

What a beautiful property! Indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful, accessible, and set up in such a welcoming way. The house is beautifully appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. We had a small group, but this could host a large group really comfortably, and we hope to come back for a larger family gathering this fall. Nice kitchen to work in, great gathering spaces, and also plenty of room to spread out for privacy.

We had a great time celebrating an 80th birthday party at Eileen's home. This property is right on the water, which is very appealing. The Bay is peaceful and serene. We would bring our kayaks along if we stay again (boat landing near by). The steps to get to the water were a bit difficult for our older family members to navigate. We loved the flat greenspace for playing outdoor games. Handy to have on site laundry and open concept kitchen/ dining/ living room. The loft area is open to the kitchen, so not the best area for light sleepers or late rizers:) Loved our time there, it's a special place!!

The house was easy to find, and was really nice. The space was great, well decorated, and was clean. The host communicated well, and helped with recommendations for our stay. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect place for friends and family to spend the night before a day at Spirit Mountain skiing the next day. Great separation of space for kids and adults.
