We will definitely recommend Shajan’s place. The property and location is as described in the description and photos. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood and easy access to the main road with lots of restaurants, clinics, hospitals and supermarkets. A huge thank you to the co host which I must mention. He gave us a warm welcome and made us feel very comfortable and cared for from the moment we walked in, was very responsive 24/ 7 and also provided us with local recommendations and helped us with local needs when our car broke down. Have to mention the property and all items provided for use bedsheets, kitchen utensils and pool were squeky clean. Shajan always provided us with a timely and on the dot response prior to our arrival and during our stay, Both the host and co host helped us with flexible check in, / check outs arrangements. We will definitely book again when back in Kottayam.

Another fantastic stay at Sara's Riverview! The house is spacious and beautifully done! A large courtyard surrounded by greenery! All amenities for a long stay are provided for. The host Saiju and his brother Biju are one of the best! We love frequenting this homestay!!!

Had a wonderful stay. Alex and his family stays in the same compound. Alex and his family members treated us as their family. They were very kind. They given us fresh vegetables from their garden. Calm location. Family atmosphere. We stayed for 7 days. Alex arranged cab for us & the cab drivers were very friendly. Would like to visit again.
