Monthly Rentals in Kyoto

This place was such a gem, and the host was so incredible, where do I even start? I was here for 2 months, staying in the road-facing apartment on the 3rd floor. Let me start with the space: it's exactly like in the pictures, but with a more comfortable desk chair and even more spacious as the photos show. It's a cosy, clean, and modern space, and completely worth the price. The host Mayumi is a great communicator, reaching out pro-actively with information about the place, answers messages very promptly, and is very proficient in English. But besides this, she went above and beyond to help: one day, I (thought I) lost my credit card, and Mayumi helped me make phone calls to Japanese lost-and-found offices, and even drove me to a local police station to submit a lost property report. I honestly can't rave enough about this host. Lastly, the place is very conveniently located: close to downtown, but in a non-touristy, peaceful neighborhood. I'd come back here again!

A wonderful and authentic stay in a great location to experience Kyoto. It is a beautiful home in a serene neighborhood close to all, walkable to many key attractions and the subway. Host was very welcoming including small gifts! Highly recommend and hope to return.

The host is super friendly and always explained how to play including the bus, how to sit on the bus, it's really great, the room has everything you can do to eat, it's very comfortable, the surrounding transportation is convenient, the sleep is very quiet like home, I want to come again next time!
