Monthly Rentals in Koda

It’s an amazing apartment in the best place in Tbilisi. Spacious, cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We’ve spent here almost a month. Joanna was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Amazing place and hosts. Everything was enjoyable , clean and peaceful. There are no neighbors, the amenities are as described, amazing bathroom, lots of board games, a movie projector, etc. Location is decent, amazing view, but hard to reach in the winter due to the lack of asphalt road, so you need a jeep/4x4 SUV which the hosts did warn us about beforehand. Would definitely recommend and visit again myself.

Still one of the best apartments in the city. We will be glad to come back again!

Gio, was the perfect host, Going out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, happy and safe. As for the apartment It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bolt gets you into the city centre in 20 minutes. You will not regret staying at Gio.s place
