Monthly Rentals in Kitty Hawk Beach

This was by far one of the best Airbnb's we've been to. Upon entering, we realized immediately how spacious it was and how great the decor looked. It was also very clean and stocked with the necessary amenities. There are lots of couches and a big dining room table. Not to mention the amazing king-sized Tempur-Pedic bed, the comfortable pillows, and the movable TV. We felt right at home. Sarah the host was also very responsive and friendly, and we could tell that she and Rob put in a lot of thought and effort in decorating and furnishing the place (which was also visually appealing). Additionally, the location was great, we highly recommend going to Awful Arthur's Oyster Bar, which was only a 3 minute drive away and right by the Avalon Pier. This Airbnb was a great value and we definitely want to come back again when we visit the Outer Banks!

Amazing hosts. Very easy to talk with and quick responses. They gave us plenty of recommendations from where to eat to what to do, and from what was seasonally available, everything was amazing. The treehouse looked just like the pictures and was a perfectly unique, private recluse. Short drive to anywhere you’re trying to go, whether it’s the beach, a lighthouse or shopping. Can’t wait to come back, will definitely be returning!

We really enjoyed our stay at Katie’s. We had everything we needed away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked plus there’s also a grill. The place was spotless and we felt very comfortable with our stay. It was easy to relax in a place like this and just get away for a bit. Katie is also very responsive and the communication was great. We wouldn’t mind staying here again.

HI, I stayed here for 2 nights on my 1st trip to OBX. Finding the place was easy and Cathy was there when I need help with something when I arrived. The place is as described and I had everything I needed. It is close enough to a Publix and Target and there are plenty of choices for eating out. It was very comfortable inside even though it was frigid outside. Bed and the comforter were comfortable for a good nights rest. It met my needs for a place close enough to places I wanted to see in the OBX and away from the crowds. Cathy is fast in her responses. I would stay here again.
