Monthly Rentals in Kettering

This is my third extension to my stay and I have continued enjoying living here while looking for a more permanent home. Kate is a great host, the location can't be beat, and I love the charm of the space and neighborhood!

Christina's place was everything as described - clean, peaceful, close to a lot of good places; I had a wonderful stay here! Christina is really fast with responding to any messages, pro-actively offers help and gets things fixed really quick!

Perfect little house conveniently located in Dayton. Close to highway, but in a quiet residential area. Great bar just down the street with friendly hosts and good food. Not far from various microbreweries. Dogs loved the fenced yard. Private driveway for parking. Comfy beds. Big TV. All great!!

Leigh is a 5 star host, the cleanliness of the space was outstanding—everything was spotless and well-maintained. She was very welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. Surrounding neighborhood was also safe and quiet as well.
