Great place, access to costal path for cycling and walking between Folkestone, Hythe, and beyond onto the military canal. Great views over the sea including a seal!!

We loved our stay, the house has a lovely homely feel and it’s a great space with kids. Sophie was incredible at communicating and was so friendly, she made our stay seamless and made us feel extremely relaxed. Highly recommend!

We were wary about sharing your home with a child in case we imposed in any way. You made us feel more than welcome at all times and went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t want for anything. Right from the minute of booking Mandy and Graham were very fast to communicate and respond to messages. We found the property easily, ample off road parking was nice. Easy to get into the property and loft/attic room space also felt private and secure when inside or out as the door locks with key provided. The room was so pretty and the decor and furniture in keeping with a by the sea feel. Mandy had left some tea, coffee, sugar and little milk along with a few little packets of snacks, a nice touch and appreciated. Mandy is really lovely and accommodating, we took her suggestion of where to eat and were so pleased with it, we loved our stay and will see Mandy again, thank you 😊

We really enjoyed our stay here, we were a group of five friends and it was great having our own en suite bedrooms, and the attention to detail in terms of toiletries, bathrobes, coffee machines and tvs in the bedrooms made the place feel like a boutique hotel. We hired the spa for the whole weekend and it was well worth the (small) extra we paid for it. Canterbury was easy to get to by local bus or taxi and we had great meals out on both days. Allister was an attentive and welcoming host and we’re already contemplating our return stay in the summer.

Very cozy and clean home located just 5 min walk away from the beautiful sandy beach and cliffs. Highly recommended for small family who enjoys staying in a beach house like us.

A beautiful spacious house in a great location with fabulous views. It was perfect for our family group of 9 adults. The kitchen in particular was ideal for us as we could be cooking, talking and playing board games all together. Very well equipped and comfortable. Lovely walks right on the doorstep.Andrew and Paula were friendly hosts and communication was easy. We'd love to come back in summer!

Romy is a fantastic host; very helpful, friendly and responsive. The place is clean and cosy, had everything we needed, and the board games were a great entertainment on a stormy night. Great for kids and dogs. Beautiful surroundings too; we'd love to come back in spring!

I enjoyed my stay at Mary's cottage. The view is exceptional and the cottage was just what I needed. It was tranquil, yet so close to Tonbridge shops and restaurants.

Fabulous large house and quiet location to escape for some relaxation. Easy to book taxis to head to the town centre. Hot tub was a great addition for our trip too. Would definitely recommend and look forward to another visit one day!
