Little Sussex House - unique town house

JoRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Little Sussex House is a wonderful townhouse. It is situated in a wonderful position, has creative and good quality furnishings and has wonderful proactive hosts. We both loved this private cosy retreat and would happily come back again. It is surrounded by great places to eat and great historical sites as well. The beds were fresh and comfortable and it was so nice to have a shower that is not in a bathtub. Thank you Liz for all the effort you made to make our stay so enjoyable.

☆ Large Group Getaway ☆ 2mins to sea ☆ Sleeps10+

FlorenceRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I would thoroughly recommend to anyone and would stay again. Dan is a great host with a great manner leading up to and during our stay, great communication with recommendations and a genuine interest in us (group of 8 friends on a mums night away) having a great experience. The property is finished to a very high spec with everything you could need - really comfortable stay. Nice little touches too like heating on (cold February stay) for when we arrived and super helpful when part of our group got accidently locked out without a key (came round to let us back in super fast and friendly). the location is super for anyone looking to amble around the best bits of Margate :)

We had a wonderful stay at this charming spot in Rye! The location was perfect - just a short walk to the town's quaint shops, cafes, and historic landmarks. Steve’s place itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. Steve is friendly and helpful, and provided great recommendations for the area. We can't wait to return to Rye and would highly recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting the area.

Renovated Detached Victorian House (with parking)

BrentRating, 5 stars4 months ago
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you are visiting whitstable, you won’t find a better located home - largely because it’s walkable to the beach AND one of the best coffee shops on the planet (shout out Grain & Harvest bakery). Kitchen was brilliant and well stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. It also has a dryer for clothes - major bonus. House was perfect for our large family and we had a small accident and Julie was a legend in that process to resolve amicably and fair.

We had a fantastic stay in Canterbury. The house had everything we needed & there were lovely views from the upper floors. It was also very convenient for walking into the centre of town and to the cathedral. Adelle and Sebastian were very friendly, clear and responsive in their communication & we would definitely stay again if we return to Canterbury.

Grade 2 Listed Georgian Town House on Viking Bay

AlineRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We had a fantastic stay at Debbie’s house! The house is gorgeous and cosy, with lovely decor and really well equipped kitchen. The location was unbeatable, a stone’s throw from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Broadstairs is such a lovely spot, with really excellent restaurants, lots of nice sandy beaches and walks with amazing views. We loved Stone Bay and Kingsgate was great as dog friendly during the day. Just sad we couldn’t stay longer, but hope to return soon!

Our group of six friends had a fabulous weekend at Abbie’s house. The house is spacious and comfortable and we particularly appreciated having 3 bathrooms! The kitchen had everything we needed and it was just a shame we couldn’t spend more time there. Location is perfect for exploring all that Whitstable has to offer. Hope to be back one day!

Unique Boho Home in Central Margate

JackRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Fi’s place was really clean and welcoming and just like the pictures. We stayed with our 10 month old, and the supplied travel cot was really good quality and really clean. The Airbnb is in a lovely old building with lots of character, and it stayed nice and warm despite it being a very cold weekend in Margate. As well, there were electric heaters in most rooms should we have needed them. We felt right at home here, and the kitchen was really well stocked with all of the cutlery, glasses and cooking appliances we could have ever needed. The location is great and walkable from the beach in about 10 minutes. If you want free parking, there’s some about 5 mins walk if you head left out the front door towards the park. Beds were clean and comfy and bathrooms were all spotless. We would definitely stay again- thanks for hosting us!

Own quirky pub with stylish flat above

SimonRating, 5 stars19 months ago
Nigel was super responsive to all requests. The venue was the perfect backdrop for my wedding groomsparty preparation photos. Nigel was accommodating and explained everything well. The barman at the pub, Gary, was equally as helpful when it came to check-in and local food recommendations. The pub is awesome, well frequented, friendly and a really unique and cosy environment, which was perfect for a last few beers with friends before committing to married life. Thank you Nigel and Gary for everything.

Oyster Cottage - Whistable

SueRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Julian’s cottage was fantastic. The photos don’t do it justice. It was cosy, very comfortable with a laid back feel. Spotlessly clean and decorated to a high spec through out. It is five minutes walk to the High Street, and eight minutes to the Habour here there are fabulous walks either way. Julian responded within 15 minutes to any messages sent. The only thing is the parking. This can be tricky in finding a space. Overall a brilliant place to stay.

Addington Street

WendyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a fabulous time staying in Ramsgate between Xmas and New Year. We were two families spending some time together and the house was very comfortable for us all, with plenty of space for the teenagers in the group to take themselves off. The location is brilliant because you can walk to the shops, restaurants and surrounding areas. We walked to Broadstairs and Pegwell Bay which are both very scenic routes. Alot of the yachts were lit up in the harbour with Xmas lights so it felt very festive. There was also a lovely latern parade on New Years Eve which was fun to watch. We would love to return. There is no parking in the imediate road but we found spaces with no restrictions and a wide road in the Royal Esplande about a 5 min walk away from the house, so parking was easy there. Thanks to the team for making our stay so good and special thanks to Derek who helped with the recycling ready for New Years Eve!

3-storey townhouse in desirable West Cliff area

KirstyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a great stay in Andrew's place. He was very responsive, and flexible about arrival and departure times. The house is within walking distance of the harbour and we enjoyed looking at the Christmas decorations on the boats. Had a great breakfast in Rio's just round the corner. Beds extremely comfortable - all four of us slept really well. Kitchen very well-equipped, and a few goodies in the fridge for our arrival which were very appreciated. Parking on the street was easy.
