A beautiful clean condo. Great location. Loved the pool and hot tub and the ocean views from the grounds

The property lived up to the description, pics and our own expectations. The complex was well groomed and on the golf course so we had some views. We really enjoyed the gym and pool and made the best of them both. The condo is walkable to coffee, restaurants and the KTA Grocery Store. The owners struck the perfect balance of a well equipped condo with all the necessities without clutter or unnecessary items. We were able to cook, go to the beach, do laundry, make coffee (Keurig), etc. We walked daily in the neighboring areas which were safe and the people friendly. This was our first stay in Waikaloa Village and there are plenty of amenities and only a few miles to the beach. Great place!

Nicholas’s place was great and exactly what we needed it for. We loved and tried almost every one of the recommendations he gave us. He is very responsive and an overall great host. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to stay in Kona especially because he is close to many activities and restaurants! We had a great time and a great experience! Highly recommend staying here!

Brenda's condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, quiet, had all the cooking appliances, utensils etc needed, free parking, a lovely deck and a closet full of beach stuff (chairs, flippers, snorkels, umbrellas etc). They have lots of linens, towels and beach towels as well. The night time lights in the pool area were very pretty to watch, and the sound of the ocean was wonderful. It was in walking distance to a few small stores, beaches etc, but not really to the main section with restaurants, costco, souvenirs etc. This was not a problem since we had a car. I would suggest renting a car if you want to see the sights of the Big Island. Brenda allowed us a late checkout and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

Really lovely space, had everything we needed and more. Loved having access to boogie boards, beach towels and umbrella + record player. A quick 5-10 min walk to everything in Kona and cute cats in the neighborhood. The only thing was the bed was super foamy, I know this works for a lot of folks but we found the pull out more firmer and able to sleep on that.

Everything was perfect with our stay. The local community at this resort is really special. Warm, inviting, and fun for everyone. We especially love sunset and the salt ocean side pool.

It is worth renting from an owner that is available and responsive! Tiffany was very great to deal with and very helpful. The place is very clean and very close to downtown. There are bikes for rent across the street. The seaside pool is amazing and relaxing with the waves crashing into the rocks just feet away. Thank you for the last minute stay!

Terry has done it again! This was our second year staying at Terry’s well equipped and beautiful condo. Again we enjoyed daily whale watching right on the beach as well as sea turtles feeding on the shoreline. You will be in need of nothing at Terry’s hideaway as he has truly thought of every guests’ needs. In fact Terry reached out to us prior to our arrival offering to pick up anything we needed as we had a late flight. Our flight going home didn’t leave until late at night and Terry allowed us to check out late as well! Mahalo again Terry. Stay blessed 🌺😌

Great place for my family! Kids loved the pool, hot tub, games - such great amenities! Thank you also for the boogie boards, they were a huge hit!

Perfect location! We felt safe and the pool and workout room were amazing. The condo was spacious and comfy and had everything we needed. Walking was way and quick to great shopping. We will book it again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It's even bigger than we expected, with plenty of space for our family. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Magic Sands Beach. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for the beach, including chairs and towels, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals. We felt right at home and will definitely be back!

The space was great! The kitchen was well stocked and the views were amazing. Communication was very good and the stay was very enjoyable! The community pool is beautiful and the bar/restaurant staff were so pleasant and helpful!

We really appreciated this amazing Airb&b. It was a great great place to stay. Beautiful location, stunning sunsets on the lanai over the golf course and everything we needed right at the condo. Greg responded so quickly with any questions we had and we even were given a later check out to accommodate our late flight. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for everything! Great location! It is a Wyndam timeshare location so they try to sell you on a marketing speech, but if you deny deny deny, you’ll be fine! The place is just like listed. Anna did a great job communicating and helping out when there was an issue in Wyndam’s end. Thank you for helping out!! Very responsive and helpful.

Daisy was very responsive. Immediately responding to messages and great directions. Just wish there was room for one guess parking.

we had such a great stay and Paul was the perfect host! he gladly shared tips about great things to do. The place is perfectly located if you have a car. Everything you need within a short distanse. And best of all, Kahalu beach is just a short walk away with its great snorkeling and surfing possibilities. I would highly recommend to stay here!

The condominium was the perfect place for a 6-day vacation. It was exactly as described with amazing views in a great location. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was available. The host was very responsive to clarifying questions.

I stayed here with my family of 5 and there was plenty of room for us. The space is beautiful with high ceilings and it looks even better in person than in the pictures. High end appliances, spacious master bath, dual patios, and plenty of natural light. We ran into one issue early on, and Micah quickly addressed our concerns and remedied the situation. Walking distance to the beach and Waikoloa Village turtle lagoon. I’d highly recommend staying here, and would certainly stay again. Thank you, Micah!
