Vacation rentals with a patio in Jacksonville

Hosts were super responsive and the home was great. Perfect for a few friends getting out of town for fall break. Very walkable for downtown and the river.

Megan’s place was amazing, just like the photos. She was also super proactive and responsive. I would 100% stay at her place again and recommend to anyone I know traveling to Wilmington.

We enjoyed a wonderful extended stay. Our family loved the space, the layout, and all the room to put things - lots of closets and dressers. The laundry machines were also very helpful. The kitchen has everything you need plus some. The balcony is a peaceful place to sit and relax. The location is ideal for Kiwanis Park, shops, and getting to the beach. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place!

We travel to Wilmington a few times a year to see my daughter in college. This was by far the nicest airbnb we have stayed in. Yes it can be loud at night but you are right in the middle of everything. Shopping, restaurants, bars, river walk. We had a teenager with us so we were able to walk right downstairs to go to a few bars but not be too far away from her. The balcony back deck is great too. She felt like she was at the club on Friday and Saturday nights. The sound machine in the bedroom was great to override the noise when it was time for bed. Kathleen was so friendly and helpful and communicated throughout our stay. She was even there when we arrived to make sure we knew where to park. The unit came with two parking spots which was great when my older daughter came into downtown to visit. We would love to stay at this spot again!

Wonderful stay. Great location, easily walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and downtown Wilmington. Steven made every effort to make our time comfortable! Would definitely come back.

The condo was great! Clean and beautiful! We loved the pools and being right on the beach. A great vacation spot!

Kelly’s place was immaculate, cozy, clean, and comfortable! We visited UNCW and explored the city! It was a perfect spot and Kelly was friendly, welcoming and responsive.

We loved this little place so much. It has been renovated so well and is so tasteful. When staying there, it is part of the owner's home, but it is completely private. I loved the setup so much, I took pictures to try and recreate it at my own home.

The house was nice, and welcoming. I love the little additions like a umbrella and games for fun. Big beds, big tvs, clean. Easiest check in ive ever had. respond time was never long if I did have questions however there wasn't many because everything was explained well. Would definitely stay again if I'm in area.

Perfect stay in EI. Close to the tackle shop, groceries and anything else you need. House is on a quiet street with a quick walk to the beach. Beach cart provides ability to tote all the things to the beach. Great backyard for hanging out with a great grill with all the utensils and a spare tank. Clean as can be and a great space. Andy is a great host and you won’t be disappointed. We will be staying again. Memories made!

This was the perfect place for us for our week stay. The best part was that we did not have to leave our fur baby at home. Our host allowed her to be part of the family get away and we are forever grateful. Everything was exactly like it was described and we felt right home. Trevor was an amazing host!!

We loved our stay at this clean, quiet, and comfortable bungalow just a stone's throw from UNCW. Self check in was a breeze. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The beds were comfortable and the whole home was pristine. James was quick to respond to questions. We'll stay again the next time we're in Wilmington!

Wonderful home, perfect for a long weekend away. Kitchen was fully stocked & had amazing views of the sound. Back deck had beautiful views of the Emerald Isle sunrises & sunsets. Location makes you feel like you’re tucked away yet close to beach, park, grocery stores, walking path, restaurants & shops. Definitely recommend this home!

Great stay despite the weather.

This place was conveniently located to family we have in the area, and offered a comfortable bed and living area to relax in. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful condo, everything was exactly as described/expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful - we had some inclement weather hit on my checkout day which caused some of the roads nearby to ice over. They were very flexible with my checkout time so I could wait for a bit of the ice to melt. Thank you!

Morgan's place on the river in Wilmington was AMAZING! Perfect view of the river, battleship, and bridge. Close parking and walking distance to everything. The place itself was well lit, tons of windows and natural light, clean, and spacious. The MOST comfortable bed and pillows ever! Morgan was also super responsive prior to booking and prior to arrival letting us know the closest and most reasonable places to park and letting us check in early. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Wilmington!

This property is in the best location ~ the balcony overlooks the river. Great people watching, the battleship is right there, and moving water is always eye catching. Restaurants, galleries, boutiques, and beautiful Victorian homes are all within easy walking distance. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home or bring. Take home back… Bed is really comfortable. Nicely decorated. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was amazing and beautiful, we couldn’t have asked for a better location, and the condo was extremely spacious and very very clean! We booked very last minute and our host was very responsive and made sure everything was ready for us in such a short time frame! Excellent all around from start to finish, I full heartedly recommend booking a stay!

Cam made it a very seamless trip. Easy and accessible during check in. Simple and quick during check out. The location speaks for itself, walkable to everything! Just like Cam said, you will hear the bar beneath the apartment.

The condo was lovely. Just as described and in a beautiul location with a wonderful view of the ocean. I would definately return though during warmer weather:-) The beach isn't accessible for much of the day due to high tide. The water comes right up to the sandbags(gigantic) that have been placed to stop erosion. I found, at least during February, that late afternoon and early morning were the best times to access the beach. Mid-day it was unaccessible. This may be different during warmer months. I am now knowledgable about the cycle of the ocean's tides. Overall, the place is charming and would definately return.

This is our second stay. Visiting our daughter in the area. Everything was great as usual!
