What a great place to spend a long stay in New York City. The apartment is clean with plenty of separate space for me and my friends. The apartment was clean and has everything you need and nothing you don’t. The biggest bonus is the washer and dryer. This is a huge deal for an apartment in NYC and really a lifesaver. The hosts were communicative when needed which was basically just check-in and check-out. The location is convenient between two subway stations, one of which is a local hub with five subway lines and lots of buses including the quick free one to LaGuardia. The area could not be more diverse; in just a few blocks there are Central and South American restaurants and bars, but then Nepali and Tibetan giving way to Bangladeshi and then Filipino and Thai areas just a few blocks further. You can definitely hear the elevated subway train half a block away and the streets can be lively but that’s NYC. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place, well furnished with a private entrance. Manuel was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Meraj is possibly the kindest host I’ve ever encountered, even though my stay didn’t fully work out he was extremely helpful, communicative and did everything in his power to resolve the issues as promptly as possible. Great small space for travelers even greater host what more could you ask for?
