The location was fantastic! It was conveniently close to the train system and situated in a peaceful area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

Anthony’s place was a treat. Everything was organized well and easy to access. Place was spacious enough and the outdoor space was superb. Anthony greeted me at the check-in and showed me around the place by himself, which was helpful.

Prakash accommodated our stay on short notice and was able to accommodate early check in, he was responsive to all my questions and assisted us with anything we needed during the day. Listing is as described, and had plenty of space for our stay. Thanks!!

My family was in town for a funeral, and we were able to book Victoria's home and save versus booking multiple hotel rooms. The location is minutes of I-95, so the home gave us a nice, central home base with a kitchen to get to everything and feed the kiddos between events. While we weren't looking for a beach trip - we were able to walk to the local beach and enjoy it with our young kids for a few hours over the weekend. The home was clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for us. Communicating with Victoria was very easy, and check in/out was a piece of cake as there is a lock box on the house. If I need to bring the family back to the Stamford area, we'll definitely want to stay at Victoria's home again! Thanks!

We lived in this property for 6 weeks with our kids and loved every moment! The house is very cozy and family friendly, it feels like you're staying in your cousins house. There is plenty of space for kids to hang out, books, and a great kitchen to prep meals. There is a good working space too. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful, and you can walk 10-20 mins and find resturants, parks, and the train station to the city. For members of the Jewish community- you'll find Kosher food and synagogues nearby. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive, they took great care of us and came by several times to help us with what we needed. Our experience was the best we could have hoped for and we hope to be back for another stay. Other reviews mentioned the bathroom doors being see-through, you can just tape some paper on them, it's not a big deal. This place is absolutely perfect for a large family or multiple families traveling together. The description was exactly as described and everything was easy to figure out/find as details were provided in advance. The host was extremely communicative with us and super responsive when we reached out with a couple of questions. There were AMPLE extra towels & linens available and the kitchen was stocked with the basics. The coffee, pods, teas, etc. were a nice touch and we enjoyed them daily. There were Tide pods available for a few loads of laundry (which was really nice when traveling with a toddler). We found LOTS of board games available which was nice to wind down to in the evenings. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and were pleasantly surprised that there was a lighted Christmas tree awaiting us!! This was a super nice touch and made the holiday feel "real"! We absolutely LOVED our stay and although a little pricey-it was certainly worth every dime spent!! You won't regret it!!

We had a great stay at this amazing apartment in Jersey City. On the door stop of Manhattan - it was incredibly easy to travel to and from using the PATH train line. The local area was also really pleasant with great vibe and places to eat. The apartment is even bigger than the photos and the kitchen was really well stocked with utensils/ functional plus washing machine - we had just under a week there and it really felt like home and we could pretend we were a local ☺️Francois was very helpful, allowed us to check in early, everything was smooth and easy. Highly recommend.

Appreciated Gregory being friendly and thorough, meeting us in person, giving us a tour of the place upon arrival, and the charm factor of this house. The kitchen was very well stocked and usable, there was a lot of community space and a lot of bedrooms and beds, so it was great for our purpose.

Christmas in NYC trip! We had a fabulous time and Brian’s place was perfect for our stay. Super spacious with more than enough room for the three of us. Subway was an easy 10 minute walk to get to the city. Brian was super responsive to anything we needed: restaurant recommendations, ideas for things to do etc. We went into the city most days and battled the crowds everywhere, so it was refreshing to get back to our base camp in a quiet, safe, peaceful neighborhood. We loved exploring Brian’s neighborhood, very good eats nearby. Highly recommend!

Denia’s place was really great! We stayed there for a week with friends and it was a nice experience. There’re buses to NYC at a 5 min walk, as well as a bunch of services and restaurants near the place. Denia’s instructions were very clear, and I would recommend it to friends.

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay. Micaela was very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect!! We enjoyed the privacy, tranquility, and especially the wildlife on property. Our dogs were comfy and loved walking the neighborhood. This is a lovely, quiet, safe area. Everything is nearby and only takes a short drive or quick Uber ride. We will definitely want to return here for our future visits.

Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. Thank you so much Ave, Nicole, and all the staff and neighbors. See you guys soon again. You guys take care always!

Tina was awesome to work with! Very accommodating of our group at the last minute. Her place was clean and the WiFi held up with 8 of us happily posting on social media. The short walk to the waterfront offers some of the best views of New York City. I would stay again as would the rest of my group.

Very convenient for me to get easily where I needed to. Quite,easy to find and surprisingly beautiful surroundings. Garbage place a little far but very clean.Safe place I could see my car through the window. I was very pleased,a little expensive but definitely served my purpose. Thank you Fran

We had a wonderful stay at Nir’s home. It was very clean and welcoming. The pool was just lovely and much needed on some very warm days. Especially after working hard all day! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need to cook gourmet meals! Nice large subzero refrigerator as well. Very spacious home and well designed for private areas. Air conditioning was fabulous as was hot water in the many bathrooms. Lots of towels for bath and pool .Beds we’re comfortable which was amazing. Close to parkways, grocery and gym. We felt very much at hime. Nir is an outstanding kind host and communicates very well if there is an issue. We hope to stay again in the future! I highly recommend Nir’s home!!!

A great stay at Ave. Wonderful facility. Modern with great amenities. The staff were excellent. Personable and incredibly customer service focused. Just made the stay all the better. Recommend highly and commend all the staff for being top notch - from the front facing professionals to those behind the scenes keeping the place clean and operating smoothly. A great team! We will stay again when we have a longer-term stay. Thanks all!
