Really beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. The house is exactly as described and felt even bigger than we were expecting. The kitchen has every appliance or utensil you can need and the backyard with fire pit and hot tub was awesome! Perfect for what we needed and would definitely stay here again when we’re visiting.

Excellent space for a quick getaway. Loved the roof deck, it was super peaceful sitting up there. Would definitely recommend!!

We had an amazing stay at the Sea Urchin! The property was exactly as described and perfect for a small family and two small dogs! The backyard space is fully fenced and great for family fun. 2 minute walk to the beach, great public beach access. Thanks for a wonderful fall Folly trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at Summer Hayes. It was clean and spacious with a nice open living area. Great location as well. Walking distance to the beach and some quaint cafes. We highly recommend staying at Summer Hayes.

Convenient location. Easy walk to the beach and to Bert's Market for food and supplies. We enjoyed the nearby pickleball courts and playground at Pirate's Cove Playground. Norman was a very flexible and responsive host. We loved the Old Folly vibe of the house and grounds, and had a very enjoyable stay.

It was a joy to stay here for 3 weeks! Wonderful neighborhood and so close to a bunch of restaurants and bars!

This was a great place for our family of 5 while we were visiting my son who lives in the neighborhood across the street. There was plenty of space in the kitchen, dining room, and the second living room was much appreciated when I needed a quiet moment from my crazy family! The location was great. A short drive to many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. And a 15 minute walk to a coffee shop and bagel shop. The host was extremely accommodating when we had to change the dates of our reservation at the last minute. We also loved that they had a fully decorated Christmas tree in the living room when we arrived. We will definitely try to stay again when we are back in town

This place was perfect us! The space was very comfortable, the location was super central to the beach and to downtown and the host was very friendly, offering lots of recommendations! We will definitely book again when we come back to Charleston.

Perfect location for our trip and the fenced in well landscaped yard was big enough for our Australian Shepherd to chase the frisbee. The bungalow is well outfitted with many space saving features. and worked well for the 2 of us and the pup. We were a few minutes from our family in Mount Pleasant and events in Isle of Palms. The house manual has directions to a conservation area a few minutes away and quickly became a favorite for morning and evening dog walks.

My spouse grew up in Charleston and we—with pet in tow—make one or two trips a year to the area... We've stayed in a number of AirBNBs along the way but had never found one we wanted to return to as our "Charleston place"—until we found Debbie's home. When we walked into the house we immediately felt at home; the vibe is cozy, chic, relaxing... and the kitchen is enviable. I think what's ultimately so great about this house is that you can tell Debbie loves living here. That translates into such a good experience for a guest. Park Circle is quiet, walkable, and there's an abundance of great restaurants nearby. We tried a new one every day and weren't disappointed with any of them (EVO for pizza, EVO Bakery for breakfast pastries, and the Tattooed Moose for sandwiches stick out). One the rare occasion I had a question for Debbie, she always wrote back within 10 or 15 minutes—and she was one of the most accommodating and generous hosts we've ever experienced. We WILL be back!

I love this house ! I have rented twice and plan on coming back again . The location is great and it has a nice vibe and is clean and kitchen is well stocked . Tim is always easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to rent in Folly .

Ginger replied quickly and gave great details. the first place that I felt I actually got my money's worth for the service and hospitality waiting for us. The kitchen was charming and fun. A blessing to us when we were in a pinch to find a place to stay for the family visiting my grandmother in the hospital. Would stay again!

KJ was a great host! We loved this place for a short work trip. It's a little away from the main streets of Mt. Pleasant but we chose this location on purpose for its more tranquil, suburban setting. Close walk to nature and beautiful sunsets. Must check out Sullivan's Island when here.

Robs place was easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and he had all the amenities I could need. Would definitely stay there again.

the beds were very comfortable. very spacious for our large family. there was great space for the family to enjoy tv , game time and the fire pit was a plus for roasting marshmellows great location for our time to spend with family who lives in Mt pleasant would definatley recommend to anyone traveling with a larg family for a nice vacation

We had the best time at Thomas’s condo. It was clean and exactly as described and shown in photos. Thomas was one of the best hosts I’ve had and went above and beyond with excellent dining and activity recommendations. My only regret is that I didn’t book for longer. I highly recommend and we will be back!

The home was beautiful. It was a very easy walk to the beach. The small pool was great for our grandkids. Loved the bike trails and easy walk to a playground. We had a great week!

Aquavida was a great place to stay. We were in town for the Thanksgiving Holiday and to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday, the location was very convenient and my 14 yr old son loved fishing from the dock. The Condo was perfect with everything we needed. There was plenty of room so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We at at Rita’s and Coconut Joes while in town and both were excellent. Our only wish was that we had a little warmer weather so we could enjoy walking over the bridge to Folly Beach. Aquavida is a great place and we’d love to come back and stay there again!!
