Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Hi Bronya & Antonello We have tremendously enjoyed our two weeks stay at your clean well-equipped apartment in Villenova Cagliari that was a most comfortable base for our planned exploration of the city and the more local area. You have been a most attentive host providing an accurate welcome pack that we referred to regularly for guidance ( bus 7 is a most interesting circular ride around the old citadel) with the market San Benedetto just 5 Minutes’ walk and cucina eat dining about 10 minutes away or an evening’s stroll up to the Bagni Pubblici di piazza costituzione and back about 90 Minutes. We recommend visitors using the bus service down load the CTM bus finder APP and purchase a 7 day ride card for 12 euros that can be topped up if required and get a hard map of the city as mobile signal strength can be a sporadic in the narrow streets. We used Get your Guide APP booking 3 major tours. Lots more to say but few characters left. Thanks Andy and Mandy. 45 years anniversary x

A spacious villa, quietly located in beautiful mountainous nature (so also dogs barking, cackling chickens...). Fantastic view from the terrace, a rather large pool (attention, deep, nothing for too small children), plenty of space on the outdoor grounds for volleyball, table tennis, etc., well-kept garden with palm trees, really nice. Everything very clean, ingenious dining room, in which even with the greatest heat there is always a fresh wind. 3km to the nearest shop, Nora beach about 15 mins by car, to the super nice beach in Chia 30 mins. Landlord very likeable and always available for questions.

Nice, very clean flat. Wonderful terrace with great view. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bus-stop closeby, easy to get to the centre. Very quiet surroundings, we felt safe. We had some problems with the door-lock, and got help immediately from Emanuelas brother. Emanuela was always helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Great stay!

We spent a wonderful week at Massimo's house with our children (15, 13, 6 years). Massimo and Denise were great hosts who care about their guests. The house is equipped with all necessary and lovingly furnished. It is very clean and we felt right at home. Especially the pool was great for the kids. The nearby beach is great and within 5 minutes walking distance. Shopping is recommended in Carbonia. But in the village there is also a small shop (which is expensive). Clear recommendation for a relaxing holiday.

We were warmly welcomed by Giovanni's parents. The property is a paradise. Turtles, parrots, chickens and cats sweetened our day. The house is very well equipped and clean. Franca and Beniamino give good advice and are present every morning, which made us very happy. The location is excellent, you can reach the supermarkets and water very quickly. Portoscuso offers more than it seems at first glance. Overall, highly recommended, we'd love to come back and look forward to starting our stay.

I fell in love with the house from the photos and live is exactly as it is presented: creative, welcoming, comfortable, cared for, clean, spacious and super-stocked! The house has all the comforts imaginable. It also has a lot of extra things (e.g. all body products both for bathing and for the sea), very useful for those like me who travel by plane with a light luggage. Chiara was immediately welcoming, very kind and very helpful. It welcomes you with a welcome aperitif, has an agreement with the pastry shop in front for breakfast, and in the fridge it makes you find tasty surprises, such as the exceptional and typical homemade myrtle. It gives you valuable information about how to get around and what to visit. The location is super convenient to both downtown and the sea. What's more: go there!! Highly recommended!!! 🤩🤩🤩❤️🙏

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. A home kept with love and care. Stefania and her father Gabriele are two precise and helpful people. The place is wonderful for those who love the beach and the rocks. We had a great time.

Great location in the very heart of the city near to the marina and to the old town. However proximity has its price: it's noisy even in the nights. One should well assess their priorities. The place is very spacious, comfort and interestingly designed, with high cieling that creats a sense of aristocratism. Everithing needed is available, incl. sun umbrella that saves money for renting such on the beach. Maurizio is a great host, very friendly and quickly answering and providing valuable insights.

I'm happy to recommend renting an apartment! The host is extremely communicative and happy to share local recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The place was clean and the approach to the accommodation was flexible, which made it very easy to organize the stay. I highly recommend this apartment!

We stayed in this house from September 5th to 14th. Wonderful! For us the ideal situation: the apartment is on the ground floor of a villa in a settlement very close to the sea. The accommodation is very well maintained, spacious, well ventilated, with very enjoyable outdoor space, surrounded by pine forest. 200 meters away, crossing it, you get to a beach of large stones, with a low rocky bottom for a while, then a deeper step. It is ideal for those who want to stay away from the confusion and enjoy the sea (without disturbing additions). Along the coast there are beautiful walks towards the tower or towards Capo Sperone, meeting other sandy beaches. Beautiful and wild sea, the area (at least in September) is not at all crowded. Special thanks to Serena, her mother and little Edo for welcoming us as family, with a spontaneous and discreet presence, it seemed like we had known each other for a long time. Definitely a place of the heart to return to!

Hands down the best air b&b we’ve ever stayed at! The property is absolutely stunning and our hosts were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn’t ever want to leave!!! The gardens, the pool and views were just so extremely beautiful! Felt like we found a little piece of heaven. The onsite restaurant was also delicious and just so magical at night. Don’t hesitate to book this stay!

Angelo had already contacted us in advance and sent us a detailed description of how to get there - so the place was quick and easy to find. Angelo was personally on site and welcomed us and showed us the place and explained everything. In addition, he gave us useful tips such as sights (stalactite caves), beautiful beaches, hikes, restaurants and shopping nearby. He is an active, environmentally conscious and future-oriented landlord who explained his plans to us regarding the conversion and redesign of his rental properties. He makes the required electricity and hot water with self-sufficient solar energy and is visibly converting the kitchens from the currently common gas stove to electric stoves or stovetops, which of course improves safety and energy consumption. Everything was as described and Angelo is for us the epitome of a customer-oriented, service-oriented and friendly landlord! Glad to come back!

Our stay near Chia in South Sardinia was wonderfully peaceful, especially in late October when the area was exceptionally quiet. The location is fantastic—just a 20-minute walk to Chia’s beautiful beaches. The property offers a unique vantage point with sea views to the right and mountains to the left, making it perfect for relaxing amidst stunning scenery. The house is exceptionally furnished with everything needed: a fully equipped kitchen, games, extra blankets, a grill, and sun loungers. It is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort, and convenient beach access.

Lovely and responsive host. Place is spacious and clean. Practical in decoration, not fancy but nice environment.

The property is in a kind of holiday village with its own small park, which offers incredible views of the coast and the ruins of the former mining facilities. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, which we also used daily. Good restaurants are within walking distance, as well as two mini supermarkets. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The only flaw was that the communal pool cannot be used from September at lunchtime from 1 PM to 3 PM. But the landlord can't do anything about that.

A really lovely apartment. Gianmarco was very helpful with everything, especially with the BBQ. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment, however we had already passed it so took us a while to find it. From then on in no problems.

There are trips and places which have a big impact on you,Luciana’s place and her being the host definitely is one of them. The house is exactly like Luciana, warm and beautiful. The view from the terrace is so beautiful, it fills you with peace and hope. You wake up to birds chirping and you can drink your coffee with the first rays of sunshine coming from above the mountains which you can also admire from the comfortable terrace. Even if it rains you can just sit there and enjoy the view and listen to the gentle raindrops as the terrace is covered. Inside its very spaceous and very nicely arranged,everything to satisfy your needs. Kitchen is also very nice to cook in with a big fridge and all the equipments you need to make anything. Luciana keeps the house so clean that you could eat from the floor when you arrive. Stores and restaurants close by, best beaches within 10-20 min. Chia is very calm,your peace is guatanteed here. Its easy to get anywhere with a car. We will return!!❤️

I would definitely recommend this villa, such a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the little supermarket was just around the corner. The garden was kept beautifully and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back.
