Was even better than the photos and much bigger than the photos! The amenities and privacy is amazing. Was super fun, best place we stayed while in Sardinia. It was only two of us, the pool and views are just unreal. Pablo was super friendly & the check in was easy. Everything worked well and was super clean. Would definitely come back.

The accommodation is very nice, with a beautiful pool and close to the coast and beaches by car. Gian Luca was very responsive, I would recommend!

Leandro is an outstanding host. He waited for us despite our delay. He told us how everything was working in the house. A welcome basket was waiting for us with local produce. This house is the ideal place to relax in the peace and beauty of the place. The city centre is a 15-minute drive away. I recommend this rental without reservations.

Wow, what a stay! Beautiful sunsets, relaxing setting, short walk to the beach. And the host was absolutely amazing! She was there to welcome us and was super responsive throughout our stay. A 10/10 experience! We highly recommend and will be back ourselves 🙂

My stay at Milena’s Villa was absolutely perfect! The villa itself was immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, offering a relaxing and luxurious retreat. What truly sets this place apart is the serenity of the surroundings—it’s tucked away in a peaceful area, making it ideal for unwinding. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the terrace. Each morning, I enjoyed my coffee while gazing at the stunning landscape, a perfect way to start the day. Milena, the owner, was such a delight! She was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. Her warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I can’t recommend this villa enough for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

The detached villa is located directly at the beach and thus has a great location. The view of the sea every morning was outstanding. The beach section right in front of the house is clean and quiet. The welcome by Laura, Marco's mother, was very warm and welcoming (Sardinian sweets, sparkling wine and ice cream as a welcome greeting). Communication with Marco and Laura was straightforward and friendly. The amenities and spaces have exceeded the description and pictures in the ad. The garden furniture has been renewed, for example, and the rooms are brighter and friendlier than on the pictures. The equipment of the house is excellent: a kayak, loungers for the garden, a warm outdoor shower, the kitchen was also very well equipped - only a dishwasher we missed something. We had a group of 10 people (2 children) and found room in the property. Thank you for the great week! We would come back anytime!

a timeless stay in this apartment, located in front of the sea and close to beautiful hiking trails, perfect for a moment of disconnection. the apartment is convenient with all the amenities you need inside, clean and matches the photos. we hear the sound of the waves from the inside. Andrea is responsive and friendly and flexible. I recommend it! (attention, car required)

During our stay we especially enjoyed the beautiful, green garden with the large, covered terrace. The space is well-equipped and exactly as described in the advertisement. The sea is within walking distance, but there are also many other coves and beaches easily accessible by car. The environment is very quiet. Supermarkets and restaurants are accessible by car. After long beach days we enjoyed the outdoor shower. Lorenzo is an extraordinarily helpful and kind host. He was always there for us and reachable 24/7. We would definitely recommend the apartment!

A beautiful villa, only 1 minute away from a crystal blue beach. We absolutely loved our stay there and really want to go back another summer! Fabio was really nice and accommodating. It has everything you need and I really recommend his place. 10/10 :)

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

A wonderful house and a friendly host! The location is beautiful, within walking distance to the sea, and very picturesque. The home has air conditioning and everything needed for a comfortable stay. We’d gladly stay here again!

We spent a wonderful week with our three (small) children in Claire's house. For us as a family, the house with the small pool was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, nothing is missing and even olive oil and dishwashing tablets, as well as soap and tea towels were available in sufficient quantity. Towels as well as bath towels and beach towels are provided and you don't have to carry them unnecessarily from home. The children loved the pool and also the beaches that are in the immediate vicinity (whether easily accessible on foot or by car) were absolutely recommended. Francesco, who took care of all the needs during our stay, is an incredibly personable and helpful person. He was directly on hand with all the problems and provided us with additional tips on what we could do with the children. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely holiday. The pools are fantastically beautiful. However, we have to say quite honestly if we hadn't been there with friends who lived in the villa, some of it would have been a bit difficult. The seating in front of the pool house is available but very hot until the evening. Kitchen is available with everything you need but with a very very small work surface that makes it very difficult to cook. But that was no problem for us as we spent most of the time at the villa. We had chosen these cottages because the description said there is the villa and the pool house, but the pool house is a semi-detached house that is also inhabited. There are other cottages on the premises and there is a kiosk and another pool(which is fantastic), but day guests also come to the property. It's all just a heads up. We had a great stay despite everything.
