We had a great time at Franca's. The place is very well stocked, from kitchen items to beachware, and intimate care products. Everything was perfectly working and clean, Mrs. Franca was always very helpful and friendly, fulfilling our requests. The location is convenient if you want to explore the southern part of Sardinia with your own vehicle, there is also a large parking lot just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Apartment upon arrival was spotless. Clean and tidy, a very nice space. It was close to supermarkets and a short drive to Cagliari centre - roughly 15/20mins. Black out blinds are incredible and are truly blackout! Aircon is great in both the kitchen/living area and the bedroom, the shower had good water pressure and the bed was comfortable. Washer dryer is great but the dryer isn’t always an option for every item of clothing so a clothes drying rack would benefit the space, along with an iron. Great overall but a couple of small negatives, lack of kitchen knives, only one sharp steak knife and we cooked here on multiple occasions, no clothes drying rack, no iron and minimal coat hangers. Small additions to make it a real 10/10 but the apartment is super clean and tidy and in a good location. We would recommend and we’d stay again knowing what extras we mind need to bring! Alessandro was a great host and was very responsive!

The house is located in the center of Sant'Antioco , a stone's throw away you really have everything and, with the possibility of going around all the beaches of the wonderful island.

Really nice place. We loved the view, the terrace, the jacuzzi and the grill. The furnitures and every little detail in the house completed our stay, so nice and beautiful. Noemi was so helpful and kind. Parking is no problem. We were a little surprised that the neighbours were so close, but it was not a problem at all. A quiet area and we almost didn't see or hear them. We will for sure be back. We traveled a family at four with 2 young adults, for 14 days. Really nice stay in a beautiful and clean house, love it.

We spent a week in Calasetta in total relaxation. The house is newly built and with all the necessary amenities. The silence of the area is incredible. The possibility of waking up in the morning is having breakfast on the terrace is priceless. I would recommend everyone to spend at least a few more days because when the weather is okay, it flies! Very nice accommodation in Iglesias, which allows you to visit both Cagliari and the coast. worry-free parking on the street and walk to the heart of the village.

I stayed with my husband in Carlotta's apartment. We enjoyed it very much. It was very clean and the decor and decor made a feel at home. The place is very nice but quiet. We chose him because of the ferry connection to San Pietro, as we wanted to drive over there several times and are also. San Pietro is also worth a visit. If we visit Sardinia again, we would book with Carlotta again without hesitation. The contact with her was always friendly and helpful. She is interested in her guests and also asks if everything is okay. There's no better way to take care of your guests.

I highly recommend this lovely apartment. It has everything you need and it’s beautifully located in San Sperate. I stayed for two weeks and still feel like coming back. It is very calm, beautiful and the host is super helpful. Cannot recommend enough! Truly a gem.

Definitely recommended apartment, well renovated and equipped with all services. Everything is comfortable and very suitable for a family of 4 people. We stayed in August and the air conditioning in the living area was a nice plus; the double bedroom was in some cases a little warm. There is also a parking space at the front door, but not used by us because our car is particularly low and the sidewalk is not too easy, but no problem finding parking nearby. There's a convenient supermarket right across the street for shopping. On foot you can reach the sea in a few minutes, but for the beaches it is necessary to take the car. The house is well connected to the main streets to get around the island.

I stayed at Corrado's house with my family of 5 people, including 2 children and 1 child. Fabulous house in all respects, equipped with many comforts and with very pleasant outdoor space where you can eat in the calm of the place, in a great location to reach all the most beautiful beaches in South Sardinia and its beautiful coastline. We will definitely return to this area and from Corrado, a fantastic person who is always ready to help and very hospitable. Thank you!!!

Very clean apartment and only 20 minutes from Cagliari. Easy access + private parking in front of the unit. Ilaria recommended a lot of restaurants / things to do nearby. That was great! 😊

We stayed a week in Raffaela's house, we had a very good time, great quiet location but close to the center, the apartment was clean and equipped with everything. We did not meet Raffaela but for anything we always spoke by phone. Highly recommended

as now every year we spent a weekend on the island and this year we chose Domenico's accommodation, we had a very good time: a very central area from which you can walk to every area of the country, simple check-in and check-out and to be done independently. super cozy structure equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended.

The location of the accommodation is top. First location looking at the sea view including sea noise in the bedroom. The small and great sandy beach can be reached in a few steps and family-friendly. A car is recommended as there is no shopping in the complex. In the nearby area, these are easily accessible by car. The equipment of the property is very good. It's all there, what you need. Francesca even provided beach towels for all people and there were first groceries. We were especially grateful for this due to our late arrival. Communication with Francesca was very pleasant - before, during and after our stay. She is a wonderful hostess who is thinking about making her guests feel completely comfortable. We would love to come back.

We had an amazing time going to the attractions around the island and definitely good to have a car. If you would’ve had to walk everywhere, the hills would’ve been a challenge for us 70+ year olds. Once we got ourselves to the waterfront, finding parking wasn’t too hard and we enjoyed our gelato and pizza.

Fantastic location on a busy street in Iglesias, but so quiet inside. The studio was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Laura was so helpful and replied to all messages quickly.

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

Studio apartment in a property used as a residence from the 1950s, dated but internally renovated. On the mini terrace you can have breakfast and dinner with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Porto Teulada. From the property, guests have access to a private beach and a pool. Highly recommended experience , to repeat.

Good place for a couple of days close to Porto Pino

We had 7 wonderful days at Patrizia's apartment. Our arrival was in the evening, which is why we were first surprised by the supposedly abandoned hotel complex in the middle of nature. But Patrizia's apartment is lovingly and very comfortably furnished. We felt so comfortable we didn't want to leave. The setting is an absolute dream for beach lovers and friends of nature. By car, the area is very easy to explore and you can reach many very beautiful and quiet beaches. Since we were there after the high season, the hotel complex was not much visited. We had the pool almost to ourselves and it was very quiet and relaxing. Every evening we were able to enjoy the breathtaking view directly of the sea and the sunset. An absolute highlight. The accommodation is recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy quiet days in nature and by the sea while staying in a beautiful cozy home. Recommendation!!!

Great place, great place, very welcoming hosts! Audrey offers a very very cute, clean apartment, in a quiet area. There's also an umbrella, beach chairs, and even children's games! A small welcome gift was waiting for us when we arrived! Audrey and his husband are very kind, we had a small problem with ants (known problem on the island, it is by no means the fault of the hosts!!!) , but Audrey and his husband did everything to make us feel good! They even moved into the apartment to try to find a solution to get rid of his ants…. We recommend this place (also for a small family it's really great)!

A great accommodation to stay with the family, relatively close to Cagliari and some good beaches. important to have a car for travel.
