Monthly Rentals in Homer

I felt very welcome at Guy and June’s place. They have a beautiful view of Kachemak Bay and Bishop’s Beach and stores are a short drive. Guy was very helpful with where to get the cheapest gas and I enjoyed chatting with him in his lovely greenhouse. I didn’t get to meet June but she left me some great homemade muffins. They were very accommodating. I had a lovely time.

Highly recommend! Great location. Comfortable accomidations! I will definately stay here again. Jonathan is a great host.

I love this place! It was exactly what we needed for our long weekend and to get out of Fairbanks! Definitely want to come back and stay longer. We are obsessed with Homer and the friendly people!

Outstanding view of Kachemak Bay right out the front windows. On top of that, we arrived to find a beautiful black rabbit out front of our place, munching on orange rinds - a pet of the owner. Yet minutes later, a bald eagle swooped in on cue to land on a branch of a tree in front of the rental, and hung out for a long time. Pretty much like they arranged this, too. We were expecting a moose to come wandering through next - but we had to wait until we were heading back into town for dinner, where one was just hanging out alongside the road. Alaska on display! Supporting all this, the rental was cozy, warm, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Loved the sofa and bed, but excellent for relaxing into. Two thumbs up!
